While the dashboard is visually engaging, the sheer volume of Required vs. optional content in the Continue section can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming during a busy sales week. I like how Mindtickle combines training, coaching, and readiness measurement into one platform. I really value the coaching tools, which give clear visibility into performance and readiness, making coaching more targeted and effective. Because the platform is very robust, it can sometimes feel overly complex when you just need quick answers or fast updates. Pulling specific readiness or certification insights isn't always as intuitive as it could be. While the analytics are powerful, more sampled, role-specific dashboards would be helpful to see a quick snapshot of rep readiness without needing deep reporting expertise. The navigation could be simplified; with training programs, certifications, and coaching analytics in different sections, it can take time to remember where to go for specific actions. A more unified or guided workflow, especially for common tasks, would make the experience feel more intuitive. Mindtickle served as a solid tool for our team to house digital course content and run our live courses for our different enablement programs. What really stood out to us is the ability to easily add in facilitators and coaches to grade and give feedback on certain assignments and roleplays within the system.

Mindtickle had some funky approaches when it comes to hosting live instructor lead trainings. We felt like the course build always took a while to mirror the structure we wanted for our live courses. It is easy to use, even for big teams, there are a lot of integrated new features like entertainment, coaching, content, AI analysis that comes very handy in this tool.

Loading times often are pretty slow, specially when working with heavy content or big modules; sometimes also there are some minor bugs that slow down the user experience; reports should be more customizable and the tool could integrate day to day apps like Google Drive that can make workflows easier. - Bulk actions can be difficult (e.g. changing an aspect of multiple modules, uninviting a learner from several modules at once)

- Native analytics dashboards are okay, but typically I will feed the data into other tools (e.g. QlikSense via Snowflake) to get the best out of it

- Some small features are missing (e.g. ability to review only incorrect answers in an Assessment as a learner)

I use Mindtickle mainly because it has the best analytics I've seen in an LMS platform. The analytics feature is very helpful in creating custom dashboards for managers. This allows them to easily track where their reports and new hires are across certain programs without sifting through information, thanks to the quick link feature. New things in mindtickle is now they are showing more videos about the products and a pdf format library which helps me to get more knowledge and take screenshot or download that helps me for my future process knowledge also. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
