When working with Mindtickle we found that they team was rather responsive to our notes and feedback. They were able to take our desired features into account while maintaining aspects of the platform that we liked. **What do you dislike about Mindtickle?** Mindtickle had some funky approaches when it comes to hosting live instructor lead trainings. We felt like the course build always took a while to mirror the structure we wanted for our live courses. We also we not the biggest fans of the interface when it came to purely on demand courses. The Mindtickle account and support teams have been very helpful as we onboarded and expanded our use of this platform. **What do you dislike about Mindtickle?** Mindtickle provides some built-in reporting, but I would like more reporting to help me identify and prioritize our best-performing content. Like other content management systems, it requires time and effort to currate and track content requests, development, curation, and publication. It would be nice if Mindtickle included some project management features to simplify collaboration on content creation. **What problems is Mindtickle solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before Mindtickle, our content was scattered across messaging apps, cloud storage, emal, and people's laptops and phones. Now, with Mindtickle, we keep all of our internal and external content and resources in a single location. Sales Hubs help us organize content by internal and external audiences. Tags make it easy to categorize conotent by type, audience, buyer stage, etc. For example, we have content for our Sales Development Representatives, Account Executives, and Partners. Onboarding new sales team members used to be a big challenge, requiring a lot of preparation of custom slide decks, calendaring, emails and pulling together a variety of content such as checklists, spreadsheets, documents, and product demos. Now we have an organized way to deliver new team member onboarding and can track each person's progress. Before Mindtickle, when prospects wanted more product information after an initial call, we had to find files to attach to an email and forward that email to all of the attendees. Now we use Mindtickle's built-in Digital Sales Rooms (DSRs) and templates to make it easy to share the relevant content with prospects, partners, and customers, including a company overview, 3rd party analyst research, product data sheets, customer videos, slides, and testimonials. It's a great way to manage sales training in a unified way that ultimately benefits both the product owner and the entire sales team. We've seen tremendous success with this platform over the past few months - our teams are now better equipped to present products or introduce new services and solutions quickly and systematically compared to before. **What do you dislike about Mindtickle?** I dislike the fact that Mindtickle does not save progress when interrupted. User experiences like this can lead to users needlessly redoing training that they have already completed, or losing their place in a lesson. To avoid losing valuable time due to unexpected interruptions, there should be some sort of auto-saving feature. **What problems is Mindtickle solving and how is that benefiting you?** With MindTickle, I can access the onboarding courses easily and quickly, allowing me to handle large amounts of information in manageable segments.
