"Supercharges Course Production and Enhances Creativity"
5/5
What do you like best about Mindsmith?

I love how Mindsmith has cut my production time significantly, taking me from six to nine months to create a full-length course down to just about two months. It has tripled my production speed. I also appreciate being able to be more creative and decisive with the feedback I receive. I can customize my agents for exploratory development rather than following a set path. The product is so intuitive, I didn't have to think much about learning it and can focus on fine tuning structure and content rather than burning cycles on learning a product. What do you dislike about Mindsmith?

I'm not sure what else could be improved. I do find that many of my customers block the mindsmith.ai domain when trying to access our courses...so maybe looking into how to improve that? But, usually, as soon as I start to think there's a problem, the team has already found a solution. They are unbelievably responsive when we have an idea or a bug or a challenge or anything else. My issues are always resolved within a day, if not hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Mindsmith.ai - An Intuitive eLearning Hub with Rapid Course Creation"
5/5
What do you like best about Mindsmith?

I find Mindsmith to be a fantastic tool for creating engaging eLearning content quickly and efficiently. The AI-assisted course creation significantly reduces development time while still allowing full control over instructional design and customization. I especially appreciate the intuitive interface, interactive learning elements, and the ability to turn existing documents into professional training content in minutes. It's an excellent solution for instructional designers, trainers, and organizations looking to scale learning development without sacrificing quality. The initial setup is straightforward and user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mindsmith?

Expanding the library of interactive elements and templates could provide even more flexibility when creating diverse learning experiences. I'd like to see more interactive elements, templates, and customization options to create even more engaging and branded learning experiences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Mindsmith Makes Building Interactive, Well-Structured Courses Fast and Easy"
5/5
What do you like best about Mindsmith?

What I like best about Mindsmith is that it helps me move from source material to a well-structured, interactive course without losing control of the instructional design. The storyboard workflow is especially useful for organizing objectives, sequencing content, and planning the learner experience before building everything out. I also like having interactive elements, scenarios, dialogue practice, and video tools in one platform because it makes it easier to design training that feels applied instead of static. During revision, the support for clarity, consistency, instructional alignment, and accessibility helps streamline the polishing process and keeps the focus on course quality. What do you dislike about Mindsmith?

One area I would like to see improved is stronger control over learner progression and time requirements. For some training environments, especially government, certification, or compliance-driven programs, there can be a need to lock down content more tightly so learners complete required sections in sequence and meet minimum training-hour expectations. More options for controlling navigation, pacing, and completion rules would make the platform more useful for programs with stricter regulatory or contractual requirements. "Fast, clever and simple - handles the fiddly bits so I can do the human bits."
5/5
What do you like best about Mindsmith?

This is the only AI content-building tool I’ve used where I can chat with it to make edits after the content is already built, and it saves me a ton of time. I also really appreciate how simple and clean the design is. The interactive scenarios and the short-answer questions are great, too, and they make the whole experience feel more engaging. Also, it's in active development, so there are always new improvements appearing - Christmas once a week! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mindsmith?

The design options are limited, which helps with building consistently and accessibly, which means I have to be a bit flexible with how I want things to look. If that's the worst thing though, that's manageable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Mindsmith to create class resources. It helps include scaffolding and accommodations for special education students easily. I like the simplicity of it. The lesson creator has been a favorite of mine because I can create class presentations quickly and efficiently. I can also share these directly with students without making copies. The initial setup was very easy because our job set up the accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-Use UI with Flexible Components and Helpful AI Features"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Mindsmith?

The user interface is easy to use. The components have a lot of flexibility in design, and the AI features offer a good starting point, especially for content conversion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mindsmith?

The component selection system is a bit wonky and is labeled as a Tile, which I find to be confusing. The AI limits on the free plan initially glitched out and used up most of my test credits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient eLearning Partner with Minor Layout Glitches"
4/5
What do you like best about Mindsmith?

I like the fact that Mindsmith operates very much like an elearning partner. It already has built-in structures needed for elearning and understands the steps, so it's not just pretty but also understands the requirements for good learning functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mindsmith?

I think sometimes just the layout it would be great if you could make it bigger or smaller in some instances. Like, I was trying to upload a logo inside of the front page, and it kept going to either the corners. They were cutting off. Sometimes the formatting is a little off.
