Mindsite was the first dashboard I got the chance to work with, as i started working with the company that I got my first job as a Data Analyst. For a student fresh out of University, with little experience in the field of Buisiness and Competitive intelligence, the dashboard is very easy to understand and work with - And gives many good insights that I use in my day-to-day work routine.

The features that the Mindsite offers are easily adaptable to each industry, and are highly customizable to make clear and organized data inorder to allow Managers to make data driven decisions. The capacity to track changes in product content on retailer websites, for example, is a feature that I use daily and allows me to see what corrections need to be made on the above websites. Another example is seach trends, which lets me observe what ranking our products recieve on the digital shelf and to make action plans accordingly. The platform is easy to implement, and while there were some initial challenges that come with all new platforms - the partnership with the Mindsite is fruitful and full of cooperation.

Most importantly, the Customer Success and Support teams are always avaliable to help - and do it with a smile :) Any issue that I had, or any question that came up regarding features of the platform, would recieve quick and thorough responses, that would always create fruitful solutions! The programming team is very professional, and work hard to create the many features that make the Mindsite such a great platform!
