I’ve had a great experience with Mindpal. It’s intuitive, well-designed, and makes it easier to stay on top of tasks without feeling overwhelmed. I especially like how quickly you can go from a rough idea to something structured and actionable. It’s become a tool I reach for regularly, and I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking to work smarter. I use MindPal daily in my current role and it's an invaluable tool. One potential downside is that complex automations can get fiddly to build and troubleshoot—once you stack multiple conditions/steps, it’s easy to lose track of what’s triggering what, and small tweaks can have unexpected knock-on effects. MindPal is solving the problem of turning scattered ideas and repetitive work into structured, repeatable workflows—especially when you’re juggling lots of tasks, notes, and follow-ups. How it benefits me: It helps me organise thoughts quickly (from messy notes into clear actions). It reduces the time I spend on manual, repetitive steps by using automations. It keeps work consistent by standardising processes, so I don’t have to reinvent the wheel each time. What do you dislike about MindPal? The customer support is absolutely terrible. Emails to support basically never receive replies. Messages sent to their Facebook support also go unanswered. Only when questions are asked to representatives in public forums do you occasionally get a response. Mindpal is excellent for all your AI needs - from developing agents for specific use cases to building those agents into workflows to meet even more complicated cases. There isn't much to dislike other than potentially the user interface. For any repetitive tasks that I have and that could be done digitally, I will prompt the system or I will prompt MindPal to create a workflow and then take it off my plate.
