What do you like best about Mindmatrix PRM?

MindMatrix (MM as I name it with some love) is an end-to-end business solution for any company which requires understanding the marketing and sales assets, activities, and performers in many different ways. The platform is excellent by itself, but strategic planning, users onboarding, and execution will be the intuitive way to get the Return on Investment. What do you dislike about Mindmatrix PRM?

What do you like best about Mindmatrix PRM?

Ease-of-use is the biggest plus of Mindmatrix - The Mindmatrix portal is pretty intuitive, even for beginners. The platform has a lot of capabilities, but they are nicely compartmentalized so you see only what you need to see and use. In a couple of previous platforms that we had tried out, everything was out in the open to everyone, regardless of their user role, which was very confusing for some. What do you like best about Mindmatrix PRM?

MindMatrix provided Vijilan and its partners with a unified hub for better coordination of efforts related to marketing, sales, and communication. Lead generation and closing rates were improved by using the platform's specialized marketing automation and sales enablement solutions. and of course the comprehensive training materials helped in the onboarding of new MSPs, while data analytics helped with opportunities to improve teamwork between my team and our partners. MindMatrix gave Vijilan and its partners a central place to hold all of their communication, marketing, and sales strategies. The platform's custom marketing automation and sales enablement tools made it easier to get leads and close deals. In addition, the training materials made it easier to bring on new MSP partners, and analytics gave information that helped improve strategies and teamwork between our team and our partners. What do you like best about Mindmatrix PRM?

This company is top notch, with one of the best support team, customer service/ account management team, and after 20 years of owning several businesses, I wanted to take the time to share how great they are. Companies like these DESERVE to have a natural / organic growth from referrals, so they can stay great, and not waste money on marketing...

The content is amazing, the features and flexibility of their database and integration (in our case, with DATTO PSA), is impressive, and social posts are great as well. Really awesome company and product! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mindmatrix PRM?

The only downside is that their SMTP domains are sometimes causing emails to land in spam folder of the recipients. The workaround though is to simply add your own domain / subdomain as a sending domain, and problem is solved. This is not a risk if you have a clean list... What problems is Mindmatrix PRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

One stop social and email marketing. Using their own content (or creating our own, if we wish to do so), then having their system push it to all our social channels, and send Email marketing/ newsletter.

drip campaigns for automation saves a lot of time, and their sales playbook are also very nice.

Tracking open rates and clicks on social media posts and Emails help us tag leads as "hot" and then reach out to them via phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The MM PRM Portal also provides us with comprehensive tools for managing partner relationships, from onboarding new partners to tracking performance metrics; this portal covers all aspects of partner management. What do you like best about Mindmatrix PRM?

We have used partner marketing platforms before which reduced marketing content storage into essentially a content dump, where all the content was sent to and forgotten! But, Mindmatrix is different. We can assign filters and tags to content pieces making it easy to retrieve them. We have the ability to attach expiry dates to content, so obsolete content isn’t in circulation accidentally. Their AI-powered content recommendation engine helps our partners pick and use the right content for the right prospect. Furthermore, partners are able to give us solid feedback on the content through the platform’s content rating system. All in all, Mindmatrix’s content management module is super-impressive!
