Saves a lot of time - if it played nicely with Visio (core product in all customer organisations) you'd sell so many more copies ### 2. It it is powerful while being user freindly. **What do you dislike about MindManager?** No drill down, no map from topic but most of all - No split boundaries within category levels, this is my most required feature for demonstrating hierarchies. Surely this can be acheived. Tech support were unhelpful when I tried to get information on this. **What problems is MindManager solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use it for building and demonstrating equipment hierarchies in process & industrial plants. I also use it for all my brainstorming, planning and idea generation in every aspect of my personal and professional life. ### 7. It provides simple techniques to provide value added benefits to the user. **What do you dislike about MindManager?** It is still clunky and not able to be tweaked to my teams needs. It's a good tool, but to much work is needed to make it the go to tool. Also we need a little more customization to build in the frame work of a project. Agile vs. Interative (Waterfall I think is out of the question). Also would be good to choose the specification of the project that would allow for certain options based on the selections. (i.e. If you choose Task Level Tracking - This would allow for the ability to assign to user, time estimate, progress, etc...) **Recommendations to others considering MindManager:** We are not a current user as this has not been able to meet our business needs.
