It can be used to integrate with powerful document parsing into apps with few line of code. We use it daily as it is reliable in production pipelines for logistics. It provides endpoint flexibility with async options which is really good. **What do you dislike about Mindee?** It has no option for direct model editing post-training and struggles with extremely low quality scans. PDFs with password protection image only scans need preprocessing which slow down the process. Also limitation of max 50 pages per document in async mode. **What problems is Mindee solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves our problem of extracting data from invoices and forms with its Al parses documents and makes document processing fast and efficient. Its pre built custom is adaptable to any language which helps in handling diversity of documents. ### 3. It OCR post processing has great capabilities. It support multiple files makes its adoption faster as it can process multiple documents and batch processing can be done. Also its integration with n8n and Zapier makes automation seamless with accuracy. **What do you dislike about Mindee?** Its customer support response is slow for standard plan which is not good also pre processing is needed for protected documents which hinders parsing operation. **What problems is Mindee solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps in extracting structured data in seconds with accuracy and classification of documents. It is highly scalable as it can process more then 1000 documents with async queue which helps us to focus on innovations. ### 4. It also gives automated reporting and analysisto quickly analyze our campaigns. We did streamline reptitive works by using AI capabilities and writing workflows. It also gives insights and recommendation to further optimize our workflows which is really helpful. **What do you dislike about Mindee?** It has steep learning curve and has very limited support for integrating with other tools and softwares to pipeline data. This requires manual input of data for now which is time taking. Also AI capabilities comes up with their own terms and conditions which does not seems to be GDPR complaint restricting use in many countries. Also cost is on higher end for the subscription. **What problems is Mindee solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are trying out Mindee for hosting all our advertising campaigns at single central place where it can gather all the important details from our users and provide detailed insights for campaign performance and allow us to make data driven optimizations.
