I got to use this software while in university for an auditing course and loved it. It was smooth, intuitive to use, fantastic when you had to narrow down transactions. It's awesome software for working with large data so much easier with it's simple to use analysis. **What do you dislike about MindBridge?** The data requirements can be particular and the formatting of the data can be troublesome when you are first starting out and learning where everything is located. I took this auditing software course in university which went through how to use Mindbridge. It might be troublesome for new users who may require extra training which might be expensive. **What problems is MindBridge solving and how is that benefiting you?** I used it in a university course. I used it to work out financial analysis to see the health of a company and its investments. How the company allocated resources and also to search for high risk areas to analyze further. I used it to create reports. ### 2. The program is simple to use and once the analysis is performed, the analytics provided are immensely helpful. **What do you dislike about MindBridge?** Data requirements can be somewhat particular and foramtting the data properly can be troublesome and time consuming, although once the data is in the application has great usefulness. **What problems is MindBridge solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have used Minddbridge for primarily journal entry testing on large public company audits with large data sets. Mindbridge flags high risk transactions within large GL's and makes finding these entries lightyears easier. ### 3. The software is very user-friendly and fairly intuitive. I save time on audits by selecting samples using MindBridge and it also helps with planning insights. **What do you dislike about MindBridge?** The interface at times is too inflexible. By that I mean there are limitations to the way data can be searched, leading me to have to find workarounds to perform various searches. Also, I would like the ability to save Data filters to my user profile instead of just to organizations. **What problems is MindBridge solving and how is that benefiting you?** Journal entry quality is improved. I can also use the software to find transactions in the client's data without going into their general ledger software or Excel spreadsheet. Finding more errors in sample selection to improve audit quality. ### 4. It analyzed everything for us including institutional risks for spending where money was potentially wasted during the pandemic when businesses are looking to cut back and improve on. Secondly it serves as a great report for audit internal depts that want to take a look and also in regard to sourcing of funds, most importantly fraud **What do you dislike about MindBridge?** It's great and has a systematic A.I that must be organizing everything in the bad ground but It lacks in one aspect of our business. That is crypto transactions! Etransfers received and sent along with digital payments in crypto currency does not work properly with Mjndvridge and needs to be fixed ASAP , digital currency is the future and this needs to be addressed **Recommendations to others considering MindBridge:** Doesn't work well with crypto transactions **What problems is MindBridge solving and how is that benefiting you?** The team likes the reporting aspect that saves us time, we are in the business of asset management and don't have time to look at little and every payouts, petty cash, and employee spending. This saves time and we rely on it to migrate any risk or at least find it from our spending ### 6. They are always helpful and available within a short amount of time. Additionally, the time saved completing journal entry testing with MindBridge has increased efficiency on my engagements. **What do you dislike about MindBridge?** There is a learning curve with MindBridge, and it is unlikely that you could have someone unfamiliar with the software perform testing without step-by-step guidance. Other than this setback, I would highly recommend utilizing the software. **What problems is MindBridge solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest problem that MindBridge solves is engagement efficiency. When properly utlizied, realization is directly impacted. Additionally, the tables and export reports from Mindbridge are easily interpreted. ### 7.
