It keeps me organized, focused, and accurate with headcounts, and it allows me to mark students as missed. I enjoy being able to generate reports as needed and see students’ reviews on my classes, so new students know what to expect. I would love to be able to easily change the class names so that when I decide to teach a themed class, it's easy to make that one-time change without it being ongoing since the schedule is otherwise recurring. I have found as a student trying to book at other studios the app options and online options do not connect. I have purchased online only to not be able to book in the app. I end up having to email the studio. This has happened at 3 different businesses. What do you dislike about Mindbody? Customer Service is terrible. Even the reps who provide the support have agreed with us during conversations. There are a lot of client-specific issues that MBO support will not consider. In addition, some reps did not even know what some of the updates were, and how they affected our user experience. Overall it is a good all inclusive retail scheduling / selling / payment system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Mindbody? After the last major update, mindbody is VERY slow after you click on a few screens. It's not compatible with all browsers anymore especially Safari. It works best on Chrome. It doesn't work with firefox. The account details screen, which we need to access constantly is especially slow. After about 3-4 page changes the computer fan kicks into high and MBO kicks into s l o w. The browser must be restarted to continue or the browser just locks up. Tech support has suggested Chrome in private mode. This has helped but not eliminated the problem. If you need to sell retail products you are lucky to add one to the buy screen before the products tab quits loading...OVERALL, MBO is very clunky and click happy. It takes way to long to check clients out. We get frustrated. They get frustrated. The last time I spoke with tech support they said I needed to buy new computers. Things worked just fine before the update. I cannot afford to replace all 3 computers at the front desk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. I use Mindbody as a POS and CRM system, and it solves both operational and customer management challenges for me. I find it easy to navigate, which is great. The chat support is really helpful too. A new feature, the marketing option, brings new leads, which is promising. Finally, it's a great system to have for a gym, and the initial setup was pretty easy. What do you dislike about Mindbody? None of my previous concerns have been addressed since my last review and that’s pretty much been my complaint with Mind Body.
