You cannot reach a live agent and cancellation is impossible! **What problems is Mind Tools solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's costing me a lot of money each month since I can't cancel the subscription! It's NOT user friendly nor is it consumer friendly. They aren't helpful! ### 2. I’m trying to cancel my membership and I just can’t find where. I have emailed Helpdesk and also a supposed second costumer services but no reaction at all. I looked up the Q&As but the information provided doesn’t seem to work for me.
