The resources are good, but you cannot easily exit the membership; therefore, you incur bill after bill and they will not credit you for those subsequent charges! The lack of communication and unresponsiveness from team support. I’m trying to cancel my membership and I just can’t find where. I have emailed Helpdesk and also a supposed second costumer services but no reaction at all. I looked up the Q&As but the information provided doesn’t seem to work for me.
