It helps me to implment their weaknesses to help them grow. **What do you dislike about MimecastAware?** The downsides from using Aware is it doesnt communicate with my gradebook. **What problems is MimecastAware solving and how is that benefiting you?** Aware is working on solving that my gradebook communicate to each other. ### 2. Sometimes we have difficulty importing content. **Recommendations to others considering MimecastAware:** Great product for any school. **What problems is MimecastAware solving and how is that benefiting you?** Aware has allowed us to save time and reduce paper/printing costs by making reports and information available online in a centralized location ### 3. Once the district moves students schedules, teachers no longer have access to that data to compare to previous years. **What problems is MimecastAware solving and how is that benefiting you?** Again, aware allows for quick feedback for me and my students. I can reteach TEKS that has misconceptions on a test. ### 4. It addresses all the needs a teacher is required to keep up with. **What do you dislike about MimecastAware?** I dislike that it is a hard website/application to learn. I learn technology very easily, however this website is not so simple. I needed much instruction to be able to use Eduphoria properly. **Recommendations to others considering MimecastAware:** Make sure you watch tutorials in order to use this product properly. **What problems is MimecastAware solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have solved several business problems with Eduphoria. I am able to track student success in the aware page of Eduphoria and I'm able to input and share lesson plans simulatneously. ### 5. It would be less time consuming to click on view details for all tests and be able to access and print that data from one page. **What problems is MimecastAware solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm currently solving the need to access and view all testing information on a student in one location. This has helped all people in the district with a need to access information. ### 6. It also helps when I am I creating assessments. **What do you dislike about MimecastAware?** The system is not user friendly. I have to click so much and there are so many steps just to complete one task. If someone would eliminate all of the clicking that be really helpful. **What problems is MimecastAware solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am able to easily have all information stored in one place. It also has all data from all assessments in one place. I benefit by having all information easily accessible. ** I don't know how to take a screenshot on my work Dell. I tried to Google it to no avail, so I took a picture of me logged in to Eduphoria and emailed it to myself. ### 7. I love that we are able to make easy tests populated with test bank questions with the standards already populated **What do you dislike about MimecastAware?** I don’t think there is much to hate. Rarely some scores take a while to show up. I also dislike some features of creating the tests like if you want to delete a question, it is harder than you think **What problems is MimecastAware solving and how is that benefiting you?** Student tests and data. Keeping track and analyzing data for the whole school and compare it to other schools in the district ### 8. The interface is also very welcoming and user-friendly. Aware makes it easy to access specific students through your grading period, in other words you don't have to go searching for a student across the platform, you can easily find them via class period. I like that it also lets you filter the scores and progress via different years, subject, test type, and many other options. **What do you dislike about MimecastAware?** After a simple tutorial Aware is very simple to use. I really found no cons about using Aware. Maybe giving everyone the ability to be an administrator could be a positive but I do feel like this would give some unfiltered options to people who have no need to be changing certain options. **Recommendations to others considering MimecastAware:** Take the time to do the setup and simple tutorial. Once you are done with that it is easy to become a master at finding student's past grades and scores. Run a few test searches to really familiarize yourself with the entire program. Honestly once you have done this, it makes it easier and faster when you are trying to use it during the school year. **What problems is MimecastAware solving and how is that benefiting you?** Aware is making it easy to simplify test scores for students. This can be students across years and subjects. It makes it easier to gauge direction of growth for the students. This saves time and creates efficiency for teachers who are already strapped for time. ### 9. You can look at student test data so many ways: by teacher, by school, by each student, by each state standard, etc. I also really like that you can see the data by different student groups (special ed, by ethnicity, etc.) You can also export the data and delete/manipulate it however you like. It really is amazing! **What do you dislike about MimecastAware?** It can be confusing, especially all of the different icons for viewing data. There are several icons I don't like that I can't see my team teachers' scores to compare data and see where our standards differ. **Recommendations to others considering MimecastAware:** Definitely take advantage of the student forms. This enables all other teachers, including future ones, and administrators to see what the student is struggling with (behavior or academic) and interventions that work. It allows for you to update it and input multiple interventions and whether or not they're working as time goes on. **What problems is MimecastAware solving and how is that benefiting you?** The student data, even behavior files and interventions, is carried with the student from year to year so that every teacher can see both scores and any other necessary information needed to ensure students are successful. It makes pulling data easy for teachers and available to administrators. ### 10. Not only can I look up basic student info, but I can look all all assessment scores. I can even upload my own to get feedback on areas my students struggle in. **What do you dislike about MimecastAware?** I dislike how many steps it takes to reach the information I want. I have to click on about five links before I get to where I want. **Recommendations to others considering MimecastAware:** It's ease to use is nice. The amount of information available to teachers through it is beneficial. **What problems is MimecastAware solving and how is that benefiting you?** It makes it easy for teachers and districts to get student data as a whole. It's a comprehensive overview and the information can be broken down in several ways. ### 11.
