It’s a very confusing nd inefficienct system. **What do you dislike about Mimecast Cloud Archive?** Mimecast does not have appropriate features and functionality. It could be much easier and should allow firm wide searches and sampling. **What problems is Mimecast Cloud Archive solving and how is that benefiting you?** Email archiving for SEC compliance. ### 28. We only have so much storage space in outlook and this is a great way to have all sent and incoming emails. It is also to possible to separate the sent emails and incoming. **What do you dislike about Mimecast Cloud Archive?** Emails can not be saved into our document management program as they can be with outlook. They can be printed and scanned into the program if necessary. **Recommendations to others considering Mimecast Cloud Archive:** Great back up system for information which can be accessed at anytime. **What problems is Mimecast Cloud Archive solving and how is that benefiting you?** A great way to free up space but still be able to search for and find important emails down the road. Email has become an important form of communication as opposed to the telephone, mail, Overnight mail and fax. ### 29.
