It runs your lab and your customer relationships in one system, so your team stops juggling a LIMS on one side and emails, spreadsheets and phone calls on the other. Run the science. It covers digital sample intake, chain of custody from receipt to result, lab workflow, reporting and invoicing. The connected customer app, LabServices, gives your clients their own portal. They order analyses, follow the status of their samples and receive results without calling you. It is wired directly into your lab system, so nothing gets re-keyed.
