MilixNow is a free CRM built for small sales teams that have outgrown spreadsheets but do not want to pay per seat. Every MilixNow account includes unlimited users and every CRM feature. The free pack holds 1,000 leads and 500 MB of files with no time limit and no credit card. When a business needs more room, yearly packs add more leads and storage, starting at $12 a year (Rs 999 in India), and users stay unlimited on every pack. What teams use it for: - Lead capture that runs by itself: Facebook Lead Ads, Google Ads lead forms, website and WordPress forms, Google Forms, Pabbly Connect, Zapier or Make, and portals such as IndiaMART, JustDial, 99acres, MagicBricks and Housing.com. Repeat enquiries are merged into the existing lead by mobile number. - Every lead has an owner: each source can go to one person, or an automation rule hands new leads to the team by turns. - Follow-ups that do not slip: custom stages and fields, follow-up reminders, tasks, a shared calendar and alerts when a follow-up is missed. - Calls on the record: the MilixNow Calls app for Android logs each call on the lead and uploads the phone dialer's recording. - Quotations, invoices, reports and targets in the same place. MilixNow works in any browser on desktop and phone. Support is available in English and Hindi.
