What do you like best about MilesWeb?

While I appreciate that MilesWeb offers multi-year plans, I found nothing else to like about their service. I paid for three years and continued using it due to my commitment, but the experience was disappointing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MilesWeb?

I have had a terrible experience with MilesWeb. Their service is extremely poor. The website frequently goes down without any apparent reason, and even their client area often takes an unreasonably long time to load.

Key essential features in CPanel are missing, which is a significant drawback.

Customer support is a nightmare. They are unable to assist with even basic issues, and many times they dismiss your problems as not their responsibility.
