Our production server was suspended without any prior notice, email, or warning. When I noticed that the server was down (after about an hour), I contacted support. Only then did they create a ticket and send a so-called "abuse notice" — but by that time, the server had already been offline for over 2 hours. Now it’s been over 4 hours, and they still cannot restore the server, even though this downtime is causing serious disruptions to our business and loss of customers. Support is slow, unprofessional, and shows no sense of urgency. There was no chance to fix or even discuss the situation before the suspension — they simply turned off the server we paid for. If you value your business and your clients, stay far away from MilesWeb. They clearly have no understanding of how important uptime is for production environments.
