Milepost is a cost-per-mile tool for owner-operators and small fleets of 1 to 10 trucks. It works out what every mile costs from your own fuel, tires, truck payment, insurance and repair bills, then shows what a loaded mile has to pay to break even once empty miles are counted. Before you book a load, enter the rate, loaded miles and miles to pickup, and it shows what the load really pays across every mile you drive and what you keep. It counts things spreadsheets miss, like driver payroll tax and workers' comp, IFTA, an engine reserve and your own pay, and compares your costs with US industry figures. $79 a month. 14 days free, no card.
