Instead of separate spreadsheets for the roster, driver list, holiday calendar and vehicles, everything lives in one place and stays in sync. Set the demand per route and click Auto-plan: Mileon assigns drivers and vehicles in one pass, respecting contract hours, working days, 11-hour rest periods, a maximum of 10 hours per day, holidays and sick leave, preferred routes, the vehicle class each route needs, special bodies such as refrigeration and the driver's licence class. Each driver's regular vehicle comes first, then their backup vehicles. Existing assignments are never overwritten, and every open slot shows why it stayed open, for example rest period or weekly hours reached. The fleet module reminds you of MOT, safety inspections and service, and manages workshop appointments, financing, mileage, fuel cards, scanners and damage reports with photos sent by the driver. Staff records cover licence checks, trainings, contract ends and work permits, each with reminders before they are due. Mileon also includes planning across multiple sites with overtime and cover from other stations, a demand forecast with start waves for delivery partners, a route report for reconciling with your client, Excel import and export, PDF rosters for drivers, six user roles with permissions and an audit log. It runs in the browser and as an app on iPhone and Android. Mileon was built from the daily practice of a dispatch office in Germany. Data is hosted in the EU, every company gets its own database with daily backups, and a data processing agreement is part of sign-up.
