the calendar is not user friendly when the dates do not follow from the 1st to the 31st Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how the app automatically detects that you're driving, and starts tracking drives accordingly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Occasionally the app doesn't detect shorter distance drives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Tracks mileage very well and easy to make reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Only 40 free drives per month - can't group drives together for quicker tracking Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love that it easily tracks your mileage and that you can categorize it with a swipe. I like that it shows me the dollar amount I'm able to write off and automatically records trips. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike that it won't inform you if permissions get altered, such as if your phone updates. I lost a month worth of mileage before I opened the app to check. It can also be tough to see the map and figure out where you were. It can group trips strangely too. Wish I could enter custom categories as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to designate drive for business or personal and constant tracking is spectacular. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Reporting tools worked well vis the app then stopped working Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is the most feature-packed automatic milage tracker. It's super simple to classify your drives and it produces a beautiful export of the data making it a breeze for tax deductions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There has been an instance or two that it did not detect my drives and I had to add it in manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like what the app is designed to do.Ideal way to keep mileage records. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The iOS version often resets the Location Settings. I suspect this happens when an iOS update is processed. I lost 3 months of travel data as a result. I now have to manually recreate all that travel. That's not why I started using the app.
Having to email a report to myself is just literally STUPID! Why can't I just print from the menu? I try selecting the pdf button instead of email. On a MAC, the pdf opens in the OSX Preview APP not adobe reader. For some reason Preview won't print the report to an Epson printer. I don't know if the Preview/Printer issue is a Mac issue or Mile IQ. In any event Im bossing more time than I'm saving with this app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When I first subscribed to MileIQ it worked well. Except for having to tune it to business vs. personal rides, it seemed to automatically track my trips right. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I changed the vehicle reimbursement program for my business, and so I no longer need it......and you would think it would be easy to cancel, but it's not. I followed the instructions for removing/canceling it from Google Play, but there is no actual record of my subscription in Google Play. So, like all troubleshooting, after following available instructions I reached out to the help desk. They instructed me the same exact instructions as their website did, so that was useless.
In fact, after going through each method in the process, including multiple attempts to resolve through their help center, I've received no resolution.
It's obvious that something got messed up through the company got acquired by Microsoft.
Their help center is useless for troubleshooting, and this entire process was a waste of energy.
Don't bother subscribing through Google Play. If you get it for free from your 365 subscriptions, then have fun. It's certainly not worth the $50+ premium with no customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
