What do you dislike about MikMak? I dislike the process of making/editing a daily report. I tried to update a report that I previously made and couldn't figure out how, so I made a whole new report. Also, I wish we could look at the data and views recorded on individual sites. I love the easy integration with MikMak, and how branded I can make the content we use with them. Also, it should be noted that the account managers have all been incredible to work with. There are gaps in the usability of reporting from retailers that register into MikMak, so the sales insights are not anything we can hang our hats on. That said, we DO know the integration is driving / supporting sales, it would just be nice to have sales numbers to back it up for the stakeholders to see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. The ability to track traffic from our ads to which retailer the customers are likely converting on it very useful for us, as well as managing social media and influencer campaigns. We noticed some major inaccuracies when using MikMak on certain social campaigns (MikMak was inconsistently missing 80% of the clicks). We tried to trouble shoot with our MikMak reps but they weren't able to find a solution. One of the critical differentiators between MikMak and other vendors who manage grocery add-to-cart functionality is the fairly robust analytics offering with more in-depth analysis by channel and campaign than other vendors provide. The downside of MikMak is that despite offering increased functionality for analytics, it does not always provide data across all channels and products - meaning that the insights available are relatively limited. MikMak offers e-commerce click-to-cart enablement for grocery products - which given that many grocery items are still primarily purchased through grocery retailers allows for greater insights into purchase intent from digital media channels. They're always super helpful when it comes to reporting and insights. They also work efficiently to get things done on time. If I had to say - I wish we could break down the data even more but for what it is now, it still gives you enough to work with in order to make optimizations.
