Mikmak is the best for giving you a chance to analyze your traffic and to get details about where your traffic refers. This allows you to analyze insights and give correct and valuable business decisions especially if you are working in multi e-retailer environment. The team gives their best in each stage of implementation so that you run your platform as soon as possible. It took a couple of days for us to finish the implementation and start using the platform. Another useful part of the platform is prospecting the purchase intents and providing you clicks and values of them. What do you dislike about MikMak? \* Although the platform allows you to export any reporting page, it would be better to provide an API connector to get those reports directly to the Power BI or Google Looker Studio. It allows us to estimate which channel (online or offline) provides sales more and which one of them get the highest clicks. After tag implementation, we are now able to see if there any visibility issue exists in our e-retailers websites thanks to comparing real-time sales data and traffic we refer to their website. And also MikMak makes your decision more fact-based because you are able to compare your results with the benchmarks. You may have incremental results if you compare your own data with previous period or year, however after analyzing benchmarks you will be completely sure about your growth.
