I enjoy that we are able to include attribution metrics in our reporting for campaigns, track sales and purchase intent, and I also think the mikmak clickthrough/product views are engaging for consumers. Mikmak makes it easy to point users in the right direction to make purchases or research products on 3P retail partners and the dashboard is able to give us an accurate number of sales/revenue in order for us to better determine the performance of our paid media campaigns. As a CPG brand, MikMak is amazing at driving users quickly down the funnel leading to higher conversion and therefore more revenue. We have been users of MikMak for 2 years at this point and continue to build our relationship with their recent 3.0 release and we're finding ways to easily integrate their tools within our ecosystem. The customer service for MikMak could not be better. Kieran is our current CSM and they are absolutely incredible. Previously we've worked with a few other account managers and CSMs and they have all been amazing to work with, consistently finding ways to get the most out of the platform.
