Its disgusting, I didnt use the product for this project, so why do they ignore me when I ask for the money back - I've contacted them probably 5 times, its now been 3 months and I still can't get a response **What problems is MigrationWiz solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cloud/File migrations for clients - it worked well historically but when they wouldnt give me a refund and ignored me I've moved to movebot ### 2. Sorry. **What do you dislike about MigrationWiz?** I used BitTitan MigrationWiz years ago and I remember it did work to migrate our customer. In 2025 I am working with a new MSP and was given MigrationWiz to help migrate the data. The software does not work as designed, when I get stuck on an error that prevents me from moving forward we have to email support. They can take from 2 days to a week to respond. There is no way to reach a live person. How can we give our customers a time and date for project completion if errors prevent us from completing and support doesnt respond. **What problems is MigrationWiz solving and how is that benefiting you?** MIgrationWiz did not solve our problems but they did cause us problems. ### 3. Perhaps the intention was to offer a simple cloud migration solution... but in practice, I saw neither simplicity nor efficiency. The only potentially positive point: the idea of centralizing migration through a web interface, but it still needs to work. As it stands, the user experience does not live up to the product's promises. **What do you dislike about MigrationWiz?** The documentation is difficult to find and poorly organized: more time is spent searching for the right information than configuring the tool. Even the videos do not cover certain concrete cases. The tool is unstable: despite following the procedure to the letter, it is impossible to synchronize two Microsoft 365 mailboxes. Vague and incomprehensible error messages, simply referring to support without any useful explanation. Ineffective support: no concrete solution was offered, just a refusal of a refund. Rigid commercial policy: licenses are non-refundable, even if they are unused due to technical problems. In comparison, another competing tool allowed me to perform exactly the same migration in 15 minutes, without difficulty. Conclusion: MigrationWiz wasted my time, money, and left me with a generally bad impression. I do not recommend it. **What problems is MigrationWiz solving and how is that benefiting you?** In theory, MigrationWiz is supposed to simplify cloud environment migrations, especially between two Microsoft 365 tenants. The goal is to avoid tedious manual manipulations like PST exports by automating the transfer of mailboxes, contacts, calendars, etc. On paper, this should save a lot of time and reduce the risk of human errors. That's why I purchased the licenses. In practice, I did not benefit from the tool at all: the configuration did not work, the errors were unclear, and the migration never started. Ultimately, I had to revert to a manual method to meet my deadlines. MigrationWiz did not solve anything in my case, despite the time and money invested. ### 4. As an MSP, I used MigrationWiz on a regular basis. Unfortunately, Not Anymore. **What do you dislike about MigrationWiz?** No support. It's obvious they don't want anyone calling them - no phone number on their website. I sent off emails requesting support over the weekend, yet it's Tuesday and still no email returned. **What problems is MigrationWiz solving and how is that benefiting you?** Migration from IMAP to Office365 - not working and documentation sucks ### 5. Need Support? Great integration and it worked like a charm. That is not the product that is offered today. **What do you dislike about MigrationWiz?** Unfortunately, with the complexity of migrations increasing, Bittitan has not altered their support model. If you encounter an error, you're basicly out what you paid for the migration project. Their support takes HOURS to even provide a basic response, which is critical when you're in a production migration situtation. They do not even offer the option for paid on-demand support. This software really needs to be discontinued. We will not be using them for any additional migrations moving forward. **What problems is MigrationWiz solving and how is that benefiting you?** None, the primary function is nearly unuseable in its current state. They have created a new problem, which is trying to find a sutiable migration software that can do the job on migration day. ### 6. While they have implemented modern authentication for both Google and Microsoft, they are not able to keep up with the changes at the API end of both the products. **What do you dislike about MigrationWiz?** Zero helpdesk support. Lack of informative logging without the use of AzureSQL. Eventually, the tool has become very slow, full of bugs and hopeless user interface. The error messages are not informative enough to take a decision of how to fix the issue.
