I am the Donor administrator on the Board of Directors for a local non-profit. We have used Mightycause for an annual giving campaign for the last three years. It has always been a very straightforward and positive experience. From set-up, through receiving donations, and disbursements, the platforms makes it very easy. Highly recommended. The Salesforce integration has been our biggest issue. There's been times when it would break and we needed it fixed asap but it would take days to weeks for support to response.
