"Customizable Platform with Setup Challenges"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Mighty Networks?

I find the display and customization in Mighty Networks really helpful for making the platform look like our brand and having spaces that can be separated by membership level. I also like being able to add multiple different types of pages and features in each space, which allows me to really customize them. Additionally, I enjoy the view of the spaces and the ability to have multiple features within a space instead of having to create completely different spaces. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?

I find having to manually upload replays a huge limitation. We've managed to work around it with some robust API bootlegging, but it's a disadvantage compared to other platforms that automatically put the replay in after an event. More templates for spaces and setup would be helpful to make it quicker. Also, there doesn't seem to be great cross-communication with the Mighty Networks team about what plan/features/steps we've done, and I've had meetings that were unnecessary. The initial setup was pretty time-intensive, and the 3-4 week setup timeline didn't work for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center of Mighty Networks

Thanks for sharing this feedback! We’re glad to hear you find the customization, branding, and flexible space structure valuable for tailoring your community and membership levels. We also appreciate your notes on replay uploads, setup time, and communication gaps- this is helpful input as we continue improving the experience.

We love to see your community grow with Mighty Networks!

"Ideal for Community Building with Room for Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about Mighty Networks?

I like how Mighty Networks is a very easy way to build and organize the community. It allows me to run live sessions directly inside the platform and connect members. The addition of courses is great because it lets us turn our valuable members into reference voices within the community. The feed space is a good area for people to share ideas and experiences. I also appreciate the effort Gina Bianchini puts into the content, which resonated a lot with us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?

I think it could have more options to connect with payment providers. Mighty seems also very focused for the US market, so some integrations with other solutions could be added. I have a global community and they have integration with Stripe, but my Brazilian customers can't pay me through that integration because of something technical related to Mighty or Stripe. If they had other payment providers connected, probably that could be mitigated. Also, my plan does not give me access to use the Mighty API. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center of Mighty Networks

We really appreciate the thoughtful feedback

It’s great to hear how easy it’s been for you to organize your community, run live sessions, and use courses to elevate your members’ voices. That kind of engagement is exactly what we aim to support.

Your feedback on payment providers and global support is super helpful too, especially with the challenges around Stripe and international members. We hear you on the need for more flexibility there.

Thanks again for taking the time to share this!

"Exceptional Community-Building Platform"
5/5
What do you like best about Mighty Networks?

I love the community connection features in Mighty Networks, which are better than anything else out there. You can truly build relationships, and your community can build relationships with each other. It's amazing to see people forming best friendships through the platform. The options for both private and public spaces, along with DMs, are incredibly valuable because everything can happen on one platform. I'm thrilled that I can make some courses part of my full network and others as additional paid spaces, and I love the options for expansion. The initial setup was a great experience with very helpful how-tos included. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?

I would love an option for a year commitment for members where they still pay monthly. Would also love an option where people can pay a one-off price for a space but then also have to continue paying the monthly for the main space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center of Mighty Networks

It’s great to hear how strong the community connection features are for you and how meaningful it is to see real friendships forming.

Your feedback on membership options is helpful too. You can already do this in Mighty Networks by setting up multiple Plans, one for a one time payment that gives access to a specific Space and another for your main Space where members pay monthly.

Overall, we're gad onboarding and the setup experience felt smooth and helpful. Thanks for sharing this! Have a great day ahead.

"Empowering Community and Courses, Needs More Depth"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Mighty Networks?

I like that Mighty Networks offers a combination of course-friendly platform plus the community aspect, providing a single space for learning and interaction. I appreciate their passion for creating communities and their attentiveness to hosts. I like their customized features like localized language options, badging, and automations, and they finally streamlined the membership plans to one link. They focus on content quality as well as its presentation. Having a global community, I find the localized language feature great for lowering engagement barriers. The badging system is fantastic for incentivizing engagement, especially for our neurodiverse community members who enjoy gamification. Automation helps me as a host, so I don't have to handle everything manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?

Although it has an emphasis on courses, there are some things that are super basic level -- for example the quizzes only being multiple choice is really limiting. Only offering captions in English when there are so many other languages we could support -- this keeps us on platforms like YouTube and Vimeo instead of natively Mighty. For automated DM's I wish there was a way to utilize this without putting my actual account into conversation with 1000 people -- maybe a "Host's Inbox" that has some features that can be automated for some responses to those batch DM's. Also why is there not a way to track play counts on videos that are uploaded? We want ways to track that replays are valuable and to what extent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center of Mighty Networks

Thanks for your feedback! We’re really glad you value the all-in-one community and course experience, along with features like localization, badges, and automation that help you support and engage your members. We also appreciate your thoughtful suggestions around quizzes, captions, messaging, and video analytics. We're grateful to have you building your community on Mighty Networks!

"Best for Creating Connections"
5/5
What do you like best about Mighty Networks?

My experience on Mighty Networks has been genuinely inspiring. The People Magic Profit course has been a standout for me—its guidance is practical and immediately applicable. It’s helped me think more clearly about the strategy for my Community. I selected Mighty Networks to host our Community because it is intentionally designed to bring members together and my experience has been that its features are clearly built with real community dynamics in mind. The AI is quite helpful in getting to know the various features and writing copy. There is also a Mighty Hosts community that has been equally helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?

It takes a bit of time to get used to the structure and how to find what I am looking for. I find myself jumping in and out of the AI feature as I ask questions about how to get things done versus it being adjacent to the area of the platform that I am working in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center of Mighty Networks

Thank you for sharing this. I’m really glad to hear Mighty Networks has felt genuinely inspiring for you, and that the People Magic course has been so practical and immediately useful in clarifying your community strategy. It also means a lot to hear you chose Mighty Networks because it’s built to bring members together, and that you’re experiencing the product as thoughtfully designed around real community dynamics.

I hear you on the learning curve, especially around getting oriented in the structure and needing to bounce in and out of the AI to find answers while you’re building. It’s great to know Mighty Networks is solving the bigger problem for you by being a true community platform, not just chat, and that the Courses subscription is giving you the space you need for reference materials.

"High Hopes Dashed, Poor Support Experience"
0/5
What do you like best about Mighty Networks?

I like that it looked cool for memberships, much different and smaller than ours. It was wrong for what we do and is probably great for someone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?

I find Mighty Networks very limiting, and I felt pretty misled about what it can actually do and the limitations it imposes. There are app limitations, website limitations, and integration limitations. It's also problematic that users are given limited access to certain features without completing specific steps first. Their communication was great before the sale, but it dropped off significantly once we paid, and they don't seem to care about providing solutions. They over-promised and underdelivered. The initial setup was confusing and convoluted, requiring hours of video watching just to get a basic understanding. The IoT was frustrating, with large meetings needed to access features, and there was very little human support despite paying for premium support. They were terrible; their job was to make it easy, and they failed tremendously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center of Mighty Networks

Hi Stephen,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I understand your frustrations and I really appreciate you outlining your experience and where Mighty Networks didn’t align with what you were hoping to build.

I understand that the setup process, platform limitations, and support experience were frustrating, especially after you had already invested time in getting started. That’s not the experience we aim to deliver for our hosts, and your comments are really helpful for us to hear.

We’re continuously working on improving the platform, including updates to navigation and usability, to make getting started and building a community more intuitive. Your feedback around integrations, feature limitations, and post-purchase support is especially valuable, and I’ll be sure to pass it along to our team.

If you’d like to discuss further, feel free to reach out anytime at help@mightynetworks.com. I'd love to explore how we can help deliver more value in a way that feels aligned with what you're building.

Best,

"Innovative, Community-Driven Platform with Stellar Onboarding"
5/5
What do you like best about Mighty Networks?

I really like how easy it is to navigate Mighty Networks. The spaces, the platform, and the mobile app make it easy for people to engage. I appreciate the thought and detail that the team puts into the strategy, making it feel like I don't need to become a community expert to launch a membership platform. I can count on them to know what needs to be done and help us set it up. The Mighty Pro Complete package provided amazing access to strategists and made the transition super smooth. The team walked us through each workshop, designed our graphics, and community assets, making the experience feel like an expansion of our existing team and very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?

There are a few small things that don't fully work for us yet. First, the process for offering member/non-member pricing without having to duplicate an event. We want access to be free for our members, but non-members to be able to pay for it. Currently the process would still be manual, so we found a work-around. The second piece is having an automation to automatically turn a live event into a recording and post it to the community, that's still a bit manual and it would be great to be able to set up rules for each event (i.e. once recording is done, upload to Webinars on Demand and make a post on Connect and Discus). The third piece would be to be able to impersonate a member and take action on their behalf. We still have many members that prefer to talk to us on the phone and have us do the process for them. It would be great to have some actions like updating a member profile or changing the card on file on their behalf. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great group platform, but recent changes not so great"
4/5
What do you like best about Mighty Networks?

As a user, I still enjoy the simplicity of Mighty Networks, navigating and creating organized groups and events. Staying in touch with a specified group is very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?

The removal of topics and replacement with hashtags still bugs me. I still find it very unorganized. The addition of streaks completely puzzles me. The platform is meant to be a community not a game or something I need to hold myself accountable for showing up. I completely ignore it. Maybe I've missed what the purpose of it is supposed to be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tanisha Singh of Mighty Networks

Hey Elli! Appreciate the kind words about your user experience and thank you for the feedback regarding topics. We'd be happy to chat more with you on how to make the most of the hashtags feature.

For example. hosts are now able to highlight up to 100 hashtags inside of every Space, with the first 10 immediately visible in the search menu dropdown, and the rest visible when clicking the “See All” option also in that dropdown. You can even rename this group of highlighted hashtags (to 'Topics' even if you'd like!).

To chat more, feel free to drop a note to help@mightynetworks.com!

"Flexible Community Hub with Effortless Setup"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Mighty Networks?

I appreciate the flexibility of the structure in Mighty Networks, allowing us to adapt each page to the needs of that sub-community. We are excited about the live events, which create an easy way to stream live conversations and interviews. Before Mighty, we would use Zoom or Google Meet for this purpose, which are much harder to organize and keep track of within our greater community. Mighty Networks offers a hub that is already connected to the audience. The initial setup was extremely easy, and shifting our branding like logos and colors was simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?

I would love a 'feed' feature so that people in multiple groups could get an amalgamated collection of new discussions without having to click through each of their groups separately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center of Mighty Networks

Hi Benjamin,

Thank you for sharing this. It's really great to hear how Mighty Networks is supporting your community.

We love that you’re taking advantage of the flexibility to shape each Space around your sub-communities, and that live events are making things easier and more integrated for you. Bringing everything into one central hub is exactly what we aim to do, so it’s wonderful to see that impact in your experience.

We also really appreciate your feedback about having a more unified feed across multiple Spaces. That’s a thoughtful insight, and it’s the kind of input that helps us continue improving the experience for Hosts and members alike.

Thanks again for taking the time to share this.

What do you like best about Mighty Networks?

I like having so many interactive tools for my members to connect with each other and to have everything I need to run my community in one place. I appreciate that Mighty Networks is constantly improving the platform for hosts and members. The level of support for hosts is amazing, whether it's through Mighty Hosts where I can chat with other hosts or getting individual support, which makes all the difference for me in running my community. The engagement ideas that Mighty provides for me to share with my members have really helped people feel part of my community. The initial setup was fairly simple, and when I did have questions, the team at Mighty was always there to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
