### 4. Marketing Effectiveness Community

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I love the interactivity of the platform and how open it makes the community that we are building, The Ignition Room

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

We are getting a higher number of registrations opting out of marketing activity than on other platforms. Don't know if this is due to the wording?

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have previously run our community through a standard wordpress site which was very static and hard to build a collaborative environment. The Mighty Network problem has made the community much more interactive and easy to create engaging content for members to use

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Hey Nick! Thanks for the feedback and glad to hear that there's been increased interactivity amongst members. Feel free to drop a note to our team at Need Help chat to look more closely at the opting out of marketing activity observation. We'd love to take a closer look.

 ### 5. Comprehensive Membership Option

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alicia P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

Customizing the site, adding content, and all the options for branding are very helpful. The build-out was easy to use, and there was help when we got stuck.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

It no longer fits our needs; more has been added, which would be great for others (live video feed,) but the new format isn't as intuitive to use for our students, and we are spending time orienting people to where things are located we didn't need to do before. There are also some unique issues to our business as our program is six months long and can't "add on" or charge folks for a second round within TMN, not graduate people out of their plan after they complete the six months. Support often takes 24+ hours to reply, which has been an issue with urgent issues we ran into.

It may be too advanced for our needs, more high-tech than our audience, or better suited for a larger audience. For the cost and support it's likely a great fit for others.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A good all-in-one, no plug-in membership option to sell community memberships and courses.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Hey Alicia! We absolutely hear you and would love to learn more about how we can help with orienting your members. There are tools like the Welcome Checklist and creating a Welcome space that many Hosts use to get members onboarded to the platform. You can reach out to tanisha@mightynetworks.com to chat more. And stay tuned—we have installment plans in the pipeline. Appreciate the feedback and we'll share this with the team!

 ### 6. We Love Mighty!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cindy L. | Customer Care Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I work for a nonprofit with a membership component. We have seen our community blossom over the past year, since we've been using Mighty Networks. Customer support is great and available to both us and our network memberships. We have a bit of a complicated network and Mighty has been very helpful in getting things set "just right." MIghty rocks!

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

We have an older audience and many of them and it has been a learning curve for many of them to get used to the structure of our network. Because Mighty is an out-of-the-box solution, there are things that we don't have access to -- BUT Mighty is commited to evolving their product.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a custom-built website and it just wasn't working for us any longer. MIghty has allowed us a way to engage with our larger community (free) while still nurturing the people in our paid membership. We now have one URL to give people who are looking for resources. That's so helpful to our audience.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Love to hear this, Cindy! And we're always ears for feedback—thanks for sharing your experience.

 ### 7. A great concept expertly executed

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ange D. | Copywriter, Business Coach, Consultant, Funnel Fixer , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

Good support and design. They made it easy to set up a commuunuty and offered advise along the way.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

Nothing to dislike. Al is working well and easy to use.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it provides community, events and learning in one place.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Hey Ange! Thank you for the kind feedback. We're grateful to have you on the platform.

 ### 8. User friendly, lots of capabilities, easy to set up

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Macaile H. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

User experience, customizable, ease of use, branded app option.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I haven't found anything I dislike thus far, although I am just now getting my membership program set up.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One stop shop for my membership platform and having a branded app option.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Welcome to Mighty, Macaile! We're grateful to have you on the platform and look forward to working with you.

 ### 9. Solid solution for your private community

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeremy W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2023

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I've been impressed with the ease of use mighty networks provides. I'm not normally a "social media" person but I've found MN to be incredibly easy to use and understand, and that includes for the person setting it up! (Me!!)

I have wanted to implement a social community on my site for several years and I finally decided to do so after seeing someone else use Mighty. Up until now my only real soution i thought was to implement a buddy press site, but that is cumbersome, requiring lots of coding to make it look good and work with my theme. MN is already done and works really well. I love the notifications (opens up a new way to communicate with customers besides email) and I really like the calendar/zoom integration. I'm now scheduling all of my meeting directly in MN instead of through zoom.

I'm still pretty new to the platform but so far I've been pleased and my customers have been pleased. Personally I'm using it every day in the business and my customers are starting to use it more and more. I'm hoping it becomes the epicenter of our website.

Also the on-boarding was a very welcome surprise. I haven't reached out to the direct customer support because I haven't needed to! The on-boarding pretty much got me up and running all on it's own!

One more thing I really like - (i'm on the basic plan) I was able to create a subdomain on my website and use that as my mighty address! So people don't have to type in a mighty specific address, but rather community.mysite.com This makes it look like it's very exclusive to my site which I really like (this was actually a friction point before because I didn't want to take people off my site for a community)

All things considered it's a thumbs up!

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I have only a couple things I'd really do differently with MN.

1) Top of the list is Single Sign on. Even with everything I like about MN, this is almost in itself a deal breaker. My typical client is over 60 and they don't understand why they need two logins, one for my site and one for MN. It's a fairly simple integration with wordpress and in 2023 with all the technology we have, it should be a no-brainer. It should be a free feature with the basic level of service. (all zapier integrations should)

2) My second complaint is usage limits - I find them confining and because of the limits I find myself NOT using features of MN. Storage is cheap these days. I pay less/month for my main video hosting with 7TB of storage than I would for MN business plan - and MN only provides 1TB. I know there's a sliding scale but for online businesses like mine variable costs in business utility services (like MN) is a killer. Before you know it you have created an essential part of your business that people expect, but the cost to provide that continues to go up as usage goes up. A warning to other business owner (and to MN) this can crush your business cashflow so be very careful and plan accordingly. (Note to MN - you should adjust this seriously)

3) Finally my 3rd complaint is for the "Mighty Pro". I actually found mighty because I wanted to do an app. But the cost of Mighty Pro is prohibitive (and entirely unnecessary). Moreover I didn't appreciate being told I'm not a candidate for it without really being able to investigate. That was my one complaint about MN. The process of investigating if MN Pro was a good fit for me actually not only turned me off to MN but had me actively looking for another solution.

Due to the pricing of MN pro I won't be doing the app with MN and already have other solutions, which may ultimately cause me to move away from MN altogether. That part remains to be seen.

Bottom line: I really really like MN a lot. But they shoot themselves in the foot a little.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MN allows me to have a real community feature for my business. It gives my customers a way to connect with each other in a private network that doesn't require them to be on facebook or another network. Many of my customers are adamently opposed to being on the main social networks so this solves that problem.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Hey Jeremy! We might have an option for you, which still allows you to get the branded app. If you're interested in learning more, send me a note at tanisha@mightynetworks.com—I'll get you connected with the right folks. And taking your feedback regarding SSO and storage capabilities. Appreciate your candid review and the love!

 ### 10. Professional Plattform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexander V. | Life Coach, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2024

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

The simplicity of the usage and how it's build. Support is also great

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

Too much in English and not free to be translated by hosts. Not everyone in the world speaks and like English.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gathering people in a save space

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Thanks, Alexander! We're so glad the platform has been simple to use and you've found the support helpful. And we appreciate the feedback—language localization is on our roadmap!

 ### 11. MightyNetworks meets my community’s needs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Professional Training & Coaching | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2024

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I love that the App makes it easy for members to stay in touch and up to date. The customization of the spaces is amazing for all my versatile uses and has given me ideas for how to better sell my brand and grow my community. The native live streams are intimate and fun and easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

So far things are going well, but I would love the option to edit custom titles for the members (ie to showcase my Founding Members, if we had a member of the month, etc).

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I no longer have to use multiple platforms to host events, create community, teach workshops, or share exclusive content. And it integrates well with all the tools I love.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Coming soon on custom profiles! Thanks for the feedback.

 ### 12. Great tool for building community, connection, courses among paid members

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2024

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

All in one place community, where members can access courses, events, chat with other members without having to leave the platform

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

Most of the things that we want to customize isn't available like invite emails, default notifications, etc. We have to pay substantial amount to upgrade for customizations.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Online community, everything in one place

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Thank you your feedback, team! We'll pass your note along to the team.

 ### 13. It took me just about an hour and half or two to set things up the first time.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pradipta C. | Management Consultant, Business Coach, Corporate Trainer , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2023

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

Ongoing upgrades based on feedback and prompt support to improve customer experience. The consistent effort in training users is also very useful. The handholding guidance through the help documentation makes life extremely easy in managing the network. The online community of hosts is an excellent opportunity to discover new ideas.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

The inability to handle UPI or bank payments is a challenge for many users to buy on MIghty. Also, not supporting popular chat tools like WhatsApp makes it difficult to get people to start using it.

The Stripe payment gateway also isn't a smooth experience. Transactions frequently fail.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's letting members make new connections, receive valuable advice about their products or services or business, learn from the experiences of peers and experts, and unlock opportunities to improve and increase business.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Thank you for the kind words and the payments & chat feedback, Pradipta! We're making a note for the team!

 ### 14. good for communities

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dennis C. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

its easy to use and can be customizable.

limited functions like languages and integrations.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

community management and groups and courses

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

The technical support is very good and it is easy to edit the spaces.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

many updates are missing and you cant do many changes into de network

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

comunication into de company

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Hey Lau! We're curious which updates you're looking forward to. Please do reach out to our team at help@mightynetworks.com to share more. Thank you for the feedback!

 ### 16. Great tool to jumpstart your community

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gerardine A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2024

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

one stop shop for community announcements, sharing of ideas, questions and answers, events, and all that kind of stuff.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I don't find it easy to navigate. I can't seem to differentiate the spaces or groupings and if these functions are available for this space or what.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

to use less tools in communicating the members of the community.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Hey Gerardine! Thank you for the feedback. We encourage you to join us inside Mighty Community for the latest on how to make the most of the platform. You can join at community.mightynetworks.com.

 ### 17. Userfriendly plattform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Online Media | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 25, 2024

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

its userfriendly and some features like social media.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

unfortunately only in english. limited features to fill out in profile. i can only choose profession but not other categories to search more or filter more. story feature would be great

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

community management and learning

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Thank you for the feedback! We have language localization on the radar, but with the customization features you should be able to rename Collections, Spaces, and Feature tabs to the language of your choice.

 ### 18. Mighty Networks is a powerful platform to bring all of our different communities & classes together.

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kathy G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

it is wonderful to interact with an ethical positive company that wants to create positive communities that make a positive difference in people's lives. We love having all of our communities on one platform. One of our primary values is the power of connection. Mighty Networks makes that possible and gives us lots of support in growing our membership

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

There are tremendous technical glitches and hurdles. The internal/external link debacle creates a difficult hurdle for new members to join. There are glitches with the app. Having to create a different plan for every different price point is cumbersome. Mighty Networks does not interface well with other databases and websites.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to get off facebook for moral, ethical and financial reasons. We wanted a platform where we could bring all of our learning communities together and there would be logical next steps in terms of a path for growth and learning.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Hey Kathy! Thank you for the feedback—excited to share with you that we have payments improvements to links, pricing, and more coming over the next quarter. Stay tuned!

 ### 19. I absolutely love using my private Mighty Network but I fail to convince others to engage.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dr.Frances S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I love everything about Mighty Networks. I am uncomfortable with aggression and nervous when people are very angry. I am hugely concerned by disinformation. I see disinformation as being quite different than misinformation. I have never spent time on Twitter. I have used Facebook because this is the most popular program among people I know. Many people I am close to refuse to use social media. Those who do use FB, and some use Linked In and now Next Door and Alignable. I much prefer the Mighty Networks to all of these.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

Few people are familiar with the Mighty Network, and few engage and use the network I created. I need to clarify my messaging. This is not my issue rather than the Mighty Networks.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love using this to teach a course I am certified to teach. Many learners find the network challenging to us and few continue to use this after the course is completed. I need to clarify my messaging. This is my issue and not the Mighty Networks.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Hey Dr. Frances! Thank you for the feedback and we're happy to help with the messaging in Mighty Community too. You can join us for free at community.mightynetworks.com and our team is coaching about these topics every week.

 ### 20. Mighty Networks makes building your community easy and fun!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danielle R. | Chief Executive Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2024

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

Mighty Networks is Very easy to use and very easy for your users to get the most out of it.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

My only complaint is not being able to go live with zoom.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed a space that was not Facebook and Mighty networks gave this in less than 3 hours and allows me to have courses and spaces for specific topics in my business.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Thanks, Danielle! Note that you can still integrate with Zoom to host your events. And our native livestreaming feature allows you to go live directly inside the Mighty Network—complete with chat, share screening, and bringing on guest speakers.

 ### 21. This is what I'd been looking for.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Professional Training & Coaching | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2023

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I have been looking for a platform to host my community for years. I've tried Facebook Groups, stitched together with various other platforms to host my online courses, website, email lists, etc. Trying to weave everything together was exhausting and unsustainable for our startup nonprofit. Not only was I able to create the foundation of my community in a matter of hours, I have been able to build it out quickly. And my members have given me lots of positive feedback so far.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

It would help to have more email functionality (although that may be a feature I just haven't explored yet). I'm working on transitioning my community to this new platform, and would love to be able to Zap people out of the old system when they enter the new one. So far, I haven't figured out a way to automate this.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

An easy to navigate home for our online community that is not dependent on other social media platforms.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> We're so glad you found us! Grateful to have you on the platform—and definitely check out our Convertkit Integration for email marketing.

You can absolutely use Zapier to automate moving people onto the platform. Our team at Need Help chat bottom right hand corner of your Mighty Network can help you navigate the set up—just drop us a note.

 ### 22. The perfect platform for building an engaging and interactive community

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joshua R. | Digital Marketing Strategist, Education Management, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

It allows us to easily interact with members through a multitude of ways. Direct chats, courses, groups (public and private), polls, events and more. Plus the metrics available for review make it easy to see where we are getting the most activity and how our growth is moving along.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

It can be a bit difficult to format some of the content at times, especially if you're copying and pasting outside text in the tool but it's not too difficult to work around and fix.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mighty has given us a place to create an interactive space for our teacher community. It can be hard to create an inclusive and active community for teachers when social media is not as available to them due to school firewalls and filters. Having a community where we can create courses to help educate teachers on our tools and educational best practices all in one place has been the best investment in building sticky users for our tool.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Hey Joshua! Thank you for the kind words—love that you're using Mighty Insights for regular reviews. Also, feedback noted on the content formatting!

 ### 23. I’ve really enjoyed the community I’ve been able to create with Mighty

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kiera A. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

It's an all in one platform. Since switching to mighty I've been able to streamline my process.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

Nothing, honestly. I've found it very user friendly and if there's ever an issue the team gets back to me within 24 hours

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Community space for me to host my online classes

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Thank you for the kind words, Kiera!

 ### 24. amazing company and product!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah B. | Business Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2022

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I love this company because they are transparent and responsive. They have an amazing community and are always communicating about what's comming. They have amazing resources for building a community. They have a full featured solution and I love the flexibility and all the ways I can add my own branding throughout to really make it align with my brand.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I think for some users it is a destination so I have to work hard to build the habit of them going there. But I mainly use it for my paid communities and people pay attention to what they pay for. I think if I were using this to replace my free FB group, I'd have more trouble.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love that they combine the learning and course capabilities with a really robust community building platform. This is really important to my brand and business. Community is everything, especially in the personal growth industry.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Sarah, love the emphasis on people pay attention to what they pay for! Thank you for the kind words.

 ### 25. The Ideal Community & Culture Building Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jenny W. | Director of Programming & Community Growth, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I've used Mighty Networks as both an individual and for our organization, and I love the ability to easily and quickly plug into the MN framework and get things moving right away. With other platforms I've used, there's a ton of setup that is required in order to get the space ready before you invite members in. With MN, the design is super solid and interface is pretty much ready to go, so you can quickly get an MVP going ASAP and invite people in. Plus the level of customization makes it effortless to make your community spaces unique and bespoke to your goals.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I do sometimes wish that MN had a built-in CRM or email distribution so that I didn't need to use a separate platform for my monthly newsletters. It's super easy to generate my member list, upload to Hubspot, and see tons of analytics, so it's a trade off that is well worth it. I also wish I could customize the notification emails a bit more -- sometimes my members using Outlook have a hard time seeing the generated emails in their full integrity. Not a huge deal though.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company serves large organizations who sponsor learning and training for the employees in their companies, so we use MN as our space for program updates, as a repository for resources (including our LMS/self-study courses), and spaces for community connections and private cohort areas. We needed a combination LMS/Repository/Community platform, and our Mighty Pro license gives us everything we need and more. We love the white label app that our clients can download for easy access too.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Thank you for the feedback and kind words, Jenny! It's always awesome to hear from a member AND host on their individual experience.

 ### 26. Mighty Networks has helped me serve my clients so much better and with much less work for me

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelly F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I just love Mighty Networks. I hosted the first session of my course last night and everything went so smooth from integrating with Zoom, setting up the event, getting RSVP's, sending reminders and posting the replay. Now we have a replay posted with all of the slides and a space for discussion. ALL IN ONE SPACE! I loved how Zoom was set to automatically record the meeting so I wouldn't forget.

I USED to have to manually set up the meeting in Zoom, email a link to my clients, set up a reminder automation in Active Campaign, post the replay and any homework in Clickfunnels, send another notification in our Facebook group and hope people engage for a little discussion, which they usually didn't.

MN has changed my outlook on my business and I can tell my members appreciate how cool the platform is too. The are active, getting to know each other, asking questions and cheering for each other. Beautiful.❤️

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I would like to see a feature where I can toggle between member and host view.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everything I need on one platform

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Yay! Congrats on your first course session—amazing to hear that everything went seamlessly. Thank you for sharing, Kelly.

(PS: Your feedback on toggling between member and host view—noted!)

 ### 27. 10 out of 10 recommend

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rebekah C. | Professional Home Organizer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2023

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I love the combined features of having a course and being able to build a community. It makes it so easy for me to create an ever green product but engage appropriately. I wanted to be less hands on in my businsess but still be involved with my customers. And Mighty Networks combines the two perfeclty.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I wish I could rename some of the spaces. But its possible that feature isn't available for the business plan I'm on.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mighty Networks is helping me solve trying to do all things and being everywhere. I don't have to spread myself thin in order to sell a product

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Thank you, Rebekah! You can definitely rename Spaces—head over to the Space settings > Details and it should be the first option "Space Name". To dive deeper, you can reach out to our team at Need Help chat, bottom right hand corner of your Mighty Network.

 ### 28. Very impressed with the platform so far

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

Lots of features
Easy to use
Intuitive and well designed UX

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

There are features I would like to see added but that is to be expected and it's great to see that the product is being enhanced regularly

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enabling me to create a space dedicated to political decision making and input gathering

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Thank you for the feedback, Eddie!

 ### 29. Does everything I need

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fiona B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I'm involved in a number of networks who use Mighty Networks. This is, in itself, helpful as I don't have to keep learning new platforms. However it also handles everything I need, including chats, posts, meetings, groups etc.
I've also found the Help people very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

The major change I'd appreciate is being able to create an event once and share it in multiple networks. At the moment I have to keep duplicating an event which I want to share with several groups.
I also don't find the member listing very intuitive. I'd like to be able to sort members' names in different way (e.g. alphabetical), and to filter.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Staying in collaborative relationship with people all over the globe. This has enabled me to be part of a vibrant and productive community which I believe is creating vital change in the world.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Fiona, love this feedback about events and the member directory! Noted! Glad to have you on our platform.

 ### 30. Very nice look and great training and communication.

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

Gives me a professional look out of the box for my community and easily walks me through every step of the process of setting things up.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

Have not noticed anything noteworthy yet.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are always implementing useful features.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

 ### 31. Community Engagement Simplified

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 12, 2023

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

The variety of features is quite impressive. The ability to personalize it to meet your company's specifications is helpful.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

As a seminary, our preference would be to offer courses on the platform that would allow us to set the quizzes as pass/fail and limit the number of tries. This feature is not currently available on Mighty Networks.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Findings ways to engage our online students in meaningful collegiate community has been a challenge for years. Social Media helped with this somewhat but the ads, constant marketing and other barriers associated with Facebook groups was a problem. Whereas with Mighty Networks we have overcome that.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Hey Matt! Feedback noted regarding quizzes—good news is that some of these improvements are in our pipeline. We appreciate the kind words!

 ### 32. Review of Mighty Networks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

The flexibility of spaces/collections. That flexibility allows for customized network building, which is wonderful. I also really appreciate the features available in spaces and I love the app. Mighty's Support/Help is outstanding and belonging to Mighty Hosts has been a huge bonus.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

The downside is the incredible amount of information coming at me as a host. I so appreciate the innovations and new features Mighty is developing but keeping up with them is exhausting and can be overwhelming. Also, the learning curve to get started was clunky. I got lost in semantics and had to go back to the basics over and over again.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MIghty is solving the problem of how I bring together a community, virtually, with a sense of connectivity. It's benefitting me by differentiating from social media communities and course delivery platforms.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Thank you for the kind words and feedback!

 ### 33. It's a gamechanger

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pam P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2024

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

It's easy to use and a try network. I had another membership site and it was like being on an island. Clunking and not friendly at all! Mighty Networks was like a watershed moment for me. I was like, now they "get me."

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I love the features and there are more coming all the time. I love the Live Stream capability inside the network the most.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not knowing what to do; and they come to your rescue. Love their videos on Youtube. Very helpful!

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> We love to hear it! Thanks for the feedback, Pam.

 ### 34. Best platform I’ve found

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bridge To Partnership K. | Photographer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

The structure is a bit different, but once you get, it's very easy to use and incredibly flexible. They are always making things better, and the new integration with Convert Kit is jaw dropping. They really work at customer support, which has been very helpful!

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

New folks seem to get confused. Dropping them into the network and asking them to find what they came for, doesn't support rapid engagement.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have everything in one place and it give me a sense of place, of home. This is getting even better with the Convert Kit integration.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Thank you for the feedback! So glad you've enjoyed using the Convertkit integration.

For member onboarding, we recommend using the Welcome Checklist or creating a Welcome Space (with a Course Feature) just to name a few options. We share more ideas and how-tos in Mighty Community as well, community.mightynetworks.com.

 ### 35. Finally! An intuitve platform focused on community!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley S. | Owner & Operator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 12, 2023

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I love that its created for community that focus on learning with the creator also in mind. Have the ability to truly customize exactly what YOU need without all the unnecessary features.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I would love you were able to connect to other payments systems outside of Stripe. As a creator that uses Paypal for everything else, I find it very hard to add another system. It also take longer to access the funds or payments with Stripe.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's allows me regardless of my focus to completely customize what both myself and community needs without the unnecessary extras.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Thank you for the kind words, Ashley! We love the customization opportunities too :-)

 ### 36. Great Community Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amanda C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2023

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I love how interactive Mighty Networks is with my community. The options for engagement are well rounded.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

The gap between the two tiers of their membership is challenging for my small business. The top their is a bit too expensive for me, but the middle tier is not quite as robust as I wish it was.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I wanted to build a group that is outside of a social media platform and Mighty Networks had a good mix of things that made us feel easy to use like Facebook groups.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> We're glad to hear that the interactivity and engagement is a good fit! Thank you for the kind words.

 ### 37. A great way to combine community and content together

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniella E. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2023

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I love the easy accessibility of the app, being able to keep everything from resources and updates all in one place has been so helpful. It's also saved time because I have been able to scratch the email component to my membership family.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I have found it to be a little pricey. For those that may be new to building a community, it is quite a big financial commitment up front. Perhaps another entry level subscription would be helpful for those. It also would be cool to be able to build multiple networks underneath the one subscription that you are paying for.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped me to minimize the amount of platforms I was using to both store resources, present learning content and build a community, the way everything is in one place is so amazing.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Hey Daniella! Great to hear you were able to save time and have easy set up on your Mighty Network. Thank you for the feedback.

 ### 38. Mighty is Mighty Useful

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shrikrishna U. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

Ease of navigation, easy to set up, bouquet of customisable features, simple design, good customer support, and reasonable subscription charges

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

A bit slow a times, lot of items in product pipeline such as anti spam features and payment integration other than stripe, and not very chic looking

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a non profit think tank that always wanted to have an open community of public policy enthusiasts. A place where you can combine learning, cohorts and communities for discussions. We are finally able to establish Open Takshashila using Mighty Networks.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Love to hear about what you've built on Mighty, Shrikrishna. Thank you for the kind words and feedback!

 ### 39. A great community platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

- It has a great great user interface / experience for admins and members. We've found it can be very intuitive even for our customers that are between 40 - 50 years old. It has a clean design and the layout is very customizable.

- Their engagement tools are great! They have wonderful features like feeds and chats for open discussion, polls, questions, and quick questions. You can also set up live events through the platform - we've never used that feature but it looks great.

- It's a chameleon platform. Almost everything is very customizable so you can build anything you might need. We have built spaces for our ongoing membership coaching groups so they can chat and connect even after the meetings, spaces for our events and we have used the platform as an "event platform" to send notifications to attendees, we built a document library and a resource library with videos too.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

- Sometimes it is sold as a course platform, it can be great at that and we are offering some workshops and courses through it but it doesn't have the ability to give diplomas or badges for completion to the members

- Almost no integrations. The only integration it has it's Zapier but the triggers can be very broad. Also, their integration with Stripe is terrible. Every time you create a new plan in Mighty Networks, it creates a plan in Stripe, the issue is that the plan created in Stripe does not have any information at all, the name is always the same (Subscription or One-Time Payment). Therefore you'll need to do some cleanup in Stripe and it complicates everything for bookkeeping purposes.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Community Engagement: now our community is more engaged than ever, Mighty has a wide range of engagement tools that our members love. For example, we use questions to ask our members what topic they want to discuss in their next meeting and we start the discussion even before the meeting has started.

2. Event platform: We've been using Mighty Networks as an event platform to send scheduled on-site notifications to our attendees and they have loved it.

3. Resource Sharing: We created a resource library to share valuable resources, documents, videos, guides, templates, and other materials with our members. It has amazing file-sharing and video-hosting capabilities.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Thank you for your kind words! We've taken your feedback regarding courses, integrations, and Stripe to our team. This is very helpful. Good news, we have some more integrations in the pipeline—stay tuned!

 ### 40. Easily Customisable

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karen L. | Instructional Designer & Marketing Support, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I like how one network can be customised depending on the needs of the community or group members who are part of that network. The interface is user-friendly and absolutely easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I won't really call this as dislike. More of like an area of opportunity. I wish there is a way for uploaded videos to be downloaded/

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us "house" the learning content the company has created for its paid members. It works like an LMS and a social network all at the same time.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Thank you for your feedback, Karen!

 ### 41. Best Community For Us

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

We came over from another Community platform. We were doing okay but when we found Mighty Networks, we knew right away that the feature set was far and above what we had previously. Now add to that the wonderful people, great support and their willingness to help and we have found Mighty Networks to be the perfect place to expand our community.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

Biggest downside is pricing. The jump from Community to Business is alot for us and above that nothing is affordable. The other thing is that support is great but at times is slow in getting back to us in chats.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Provides control to the member where our last community did not. Also privacy that Google cannot index our community.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Hey team! We're grateful to have you on the platform—love that the feature set has been a great fit for you and your community. Thank you for the feedback!

 ### 42. Brilliant solution for building community.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert R. | Chairman & Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2023

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

Service is quite responsive and in general things work

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

The fact that simple upgrades are not done, like discount codes, Commercial solutions like convert kit are vastly overpriced but are part a commercial agreement by MN with Converta kit. Converta kit got continuous attention to sell the idea. Not worth it.
There is a continuous bombardment of selling more and more upgrades, or other programs, which is tiring.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hopefully monetising our network and building that community who want to humainze finance.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Thank you for the feedback, Robert! We've got discount codes in the pipeline and other payment improvements that will be added soon. Appreciate you sharing your experience and we'll highlight this to the team as well.

 ### 43. The best community platform on planet earth

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jan V. | Guest lecturer Service design at Postgraduate Digital marketing and communication, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

Mighty Networks is a complete solution when you want to start a community. You can publish courses, articles and webinars. The whole process of inviting and onboarding members goes smoothly. The platform allows you to create multiple groups and free and paid plans to have different kinds of members. What is especially interesting is the allowance for members to participate in the community actively, nothing is more engaging than this.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

There is to date nothing that I dsilkike about the platform.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform allows me to, in one place, create a community and sell courses. Other platforms allow you to sell courses but are not as good a solution to create a community or vice versa. Mighty Networks offers both equally well worked out in on place.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Hey Jan! We love to hear this—thank you for the kinds words!

 ### 44. The best place to create community

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Allison H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I love the formatting of MN, how easy it is to navigate and how it creates a space for my clients to gather and connect more with me and each other. I also love that there is an app!

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

There are still a few glitches - Getting my many spaces set up, and helping my clients also navigate this setup, has been challenging. I'd love to have an easy "home" space where I can add everyone and go live, but for now this is two distinct spaces and that has been challenging.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like having my clients away from the distraction of other social platforms, like facebook and instagram. I also like being able to go live, and set up private spaces for classes and courses.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Hey Allison! Drop us a note at Need Help chat bottom right hand corner of your Mighty Network. Let's see if we can find a more seamless onboarding experience for your members. We're happy to chat. Thank you for the kind words!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrea B. | UX Researcher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 12, 2023

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

Mighty Networks is a one stop shop. It has every feature that I need and then some. The community is great and I love their AI tool

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I don't love the price ! But I know it's worth the ´money I'm paying

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed a place that allowed me to share resources, course content and had a social media like community to it. Building my own website would have been thousands of dollars. This was easy to set up and get everyone acclàimated quickly.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Hey Andrea! We're so grateful to have you on the platform. Love to see that your growing your community how you've imagined with Mighty.

 ### 46. Don't use it if you have your own App

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** sandy r. | Owner, Health, Wellness and Fitness, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2021

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I love how easy it is to set up. I am not very technical at all and I've been able to get this going by myself. The look, the feel - attentions to every detail. It's close to perfection.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

It's a very incomplete solution. It's mainly an online community, but it has very little customization available, the interaction with participants is choppy and flat, and the live class integration is terrible. But the biggest flaw is their inability to accommodate other software platforms that are utilized in your business. A community should be a part of a larger plan and unfortunately, Mighty Networks was built as a stand alone partial solution. Even if you purchase their top tier.

**Recommendations to others considering Mighty Networks:**

It's the best product available to set up your community on. Creates lots of opportunity for engagement and interaction at all levels. We are so happy with our decision. I'm so frustrated with Facebook, I just wanted off, but what we are getting with Mighty Network is so much more than we ever expected. And the team at Mighty Network is well versed in their area of expertise and at the ready to help.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I want to take my groups off of facebook, but it won't be to Mighty Network .

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Hey Sandy! We'd love to hear more about the community you're building and your wishlist.

On Mighty, you can uniquely customize different Spaces with their own native features (ie. activity feed, chat, events, and courses), livestream natively from the desktop or mobile app and use Zapier to integrate with other services.

If you're open to it, we wanted to extend you an invite to drop a note to help@mightynetworks.com and we can schedule some time to chat live.

 ### 48. Elegant & Powerful Community Creation - with Extraordinary Responsive Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lawrence K. | Editor-in-Chief, Civic & Social Organization, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

Mighty delivers highly polished aesthetic sites, accessible with robust mobile apps (even the free unbranded variety). Richly customizable, with most features within the entry -level Community Plan. Its shining attribute is its super responsive, accessible, intelligent and interested support. Highly recommended (see my comparision with competitor Circle.so)!

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

The interface to design a community site (the literal manipulation of the feature set and tools) is a bit daunting, and you need some persistence. Although many resources are provided, I never found a single source video on crafting your "website" community. (Perhaps understandably, the focus is on creating a monetizing community ... after the site is built.) Once mastered, the design architecture allows wonderful "sculpturing" of engaging content!

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My use is unusual in that I am using Mighty to bring engagement to a neighborhood. Not as HOA management, for which there are many tired but management centric tools with cold and limited "forum" feature sets.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Hey Lawrence! Thank you for the kind words. We love offering levels of rich customizability across our plans. And noted on the learning curve—we have support and resources over at community.mightynetworks.com if you'd like to join us there to stay up to date on visual tutorials and product updates. Appreciate the feedback!

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

The Events features are great, and I love how you can integrate with Zoom. I would love for this integration also to happen for the recordings of events, ratings.

The Branding possibilities are immense. I love how much we can play with our branding to give it fresh touches from time to time.

The navigation is easy, and the design is crisp.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

The lesson formats are a bit restrictive to video and text. I would like to have more interactive activities or format possibilities, such as quizzes or others, instead of resorting to third-party apps.

At times I've found some users don't fully understand the sequential locked lessons, and I must say it makes sense from the admin point of view, but from the user experience, it is confusing and frustrating not being able to start from wherever you like, if it's self-paced learning then it should be entirely.

The insights need a really good look at! I would like to have more specific data on how content performs. Specifically, data on dates and times published as well as a more detailed look at member behavior.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our members need to quickly understand how things work and where to find what they need. Mighty networks makes it easier for us to do that in way that is logical and straight forward.

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

The ease of creating the perfect space for your community. It is highly easy to use. It is super user-friendly. It is a gorgeous site. The learning curve feels good because Mighty Networks provides extensive tutorials and easy to read lessons. Customer service is prompt, friendly, and courteous. There are a lot of pieces involved and I still need to read up more to get my site prepared for my community, but I know when it's time, I've already selected the perfect place. You can integrate Zoom. There are "spaces", so that members can find what they're looking for easily. And most importantly, it just feels like the perfect site. More welcoming than a regular website and better designed and friendlier than your average social media platform "community". It's a yes for me.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I think the only downside is that there are so many awesome features, so so much to learn- that if you just didn't want to learn about everything- it could feel overwhelming. However, when you do want to provide all these spaces and offerings to your community, I know it will be worth it to invest a day or two of learning

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mighty Networks is helping me to create the perfect "personalized" space for my community. From the well-designed website, to the well-organized "spaces" (which allows members to visited designated areas), to integrating Zoom, to basically... creating a mansion-like experience for your members, fans, community.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Thank you for these kind words, team! We're grateful to have you building on the platform!
