The tool’s UI is clean and easy to use. You can monitor your infrastructure, applications, and it supports multiple environments. Their pricing is also very less compared to others. **What do you dislike about Middleware?** My experience with Middleware has been great so far. However, I recently noticed that they only support 1-2 major AWS products at this moment which can be a big point for people who rely on AWS. **What problems is Middleware solving and how is that benefiting you?** Infrastructure monitoring. It helps us monitor our infrastructure and notify us in case of any uncertainties making the team and me much more productive, which helped to achieve ease of mind when it comes to infrastructure. ### 2. However, it would be helpful if Middleware provided training materials or videos to enhance the learning experience.
