It allows us to easily identify spikes and distribute the workload accordingly. **What do you dislike about Middleware?** When it comes to dislikes, there isn't much to mention as everything in the product is of good quality. However, it would be helpful if Middleware provided training materials or videos to enhance the learning experience. Additionally, simplifying the documentation could make it even more accessible. **What problems is Middleware solving and how is that benefiting you?** With its seamless integration with platforms like Slack and MS Teams, it excels in alerting us and helps us stay on top of any issues that arise.
