Middleware introduced me to metrics that I never knew existed and helped me optimize for things that were previously going unnoticed. Being an early stage startup, growing rapidly, we break things on production frequently. The visualizations are great; you just need a glance, and it shows how the sprint and the team are performing. The AI feature helps a lot to point out tasks that need immediate attention. I'm really looking forward to the feature where I can see a summary view of all the teams combined. I've been told that it's currently under development by the team.
