We primarily use it for reports and the options for sorting provide us a great opportunity to break down our client bases. I also like that we can record notes for others to see on client accounts. **What do you dislike about MIDAS?** Learning Midas is NOT easy. It's not the most user friendly program but it is navigateable once you get some basics down. I believe because it's so vast in what it can do, it is easy to get lost. **What problems is MIDAS solving and how is that benefiting you?** MIDAS allows all of the departments to coordinate. Admissions, finance, utilization review, billing, etc. We can see who has done what with each patient. It's also how we provide census to the doctors and admins at the hospital.
