"Fluid Collaboration and Versatile Access with Microsoft 365"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft 365?

I like the ease of collaborating in real-time with Microsoft 365, which allows me to work with my team without sending multiple versions of files. The integration between tools is very useful, as it makes it easy to move documents to communication without wasting time. Additionally, access from any device with Microsoft 365 offers me the flexibility to work from wherever I am. I would recommend Microsoft 365 for its productivity, integration, and collaboration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?

Sometimes it presents performance issues on devices with many files, some functions are complex for new users, and the cost can be high for small businesses in Microsoft 365. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Microsoft Suite Integration, but Online Tools and Excel Formulas Can Lag"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft 365?

The multidue of programs connected in the Microsoft suite and how they easily integrate. The online availability works excellent, and the possibility to work in the same documents with other colleagues Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?

Sometimes the program tries too hard to be smart, for example suggesting AI support when it is not necessary. Sometimes working in the online version reduces the availability of tools, and the excel formulas are slow (e.g. opening docs directly from sharepoint, so I need to open i the app). "Microsoft 365 - A daily life savior"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft 365?

I like most about Microsoft 365 is how perfectly it keeps communication, collaboration, and productivity all in one place. It makes teamwork much more efficient, especially with tools like Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive working together smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?

It’s a big program that can feel a bit "heavy" sometimes and slow to load. The menus change so often that it’s hard to find your favorite tools, and paying every single month feels like a lot if you only use the basic stuff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Integration, Needs Modern UI"
4/5
What do you like best about Microsoft 365?

I find Microsoft 365 really easy to switch between tasks and seamlessly share information. I like being able to share OneNote, Excel, or Word files via email directly from the application, which saves time. Taking notes in OneNote during a Teams call and then being able to share the meeting notes easily via email with all participants is very convenient. Also, the initial setup of Microsoft 365 was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?

I feel like the UI/UX of Excel hasn't been updated since 1996. Also, I tried the CRM but the interface was abysmal. It was so bad that I would never use it or recommend it. It was utterly useless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Microsoft App Integration Across Devices"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft 365?

Apps like Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and OneDrive are designed to integrate seamlessly.

You can start a document on your desktop, edit it on your phone, and share it instantly all without ever worrying about version issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?

Microsoft updates its apps often, which is great for features but sometimes the interface changes without warning.

Buttons move, layouts shift, and it can slow you down while you re‑learn where things are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?

The new Outlook has a nice new GUI, but it has lost some functionality that used to be on the main toolbar and is now hidden away. Luckily, CoPilot is there to provide assistance! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlines File Sharing with Ease"
4/5
What do you like best about Microsoft 365?

I find Microsoft 365 great for our office as we use it for pretty much everything. I really like OneDrive because it’s probably the most important feature for us. We store all our files centrally, and it’s distributed throughout the office, so everyone can see the files and any changes. It’s amazing that it all gets saved into the cloud, making it accessible to anyone in the office. I really appreciate being able to share files of any size via the cloud, which is very convenient. Outlook doesn’t allow sharing anything over 20 megabytes, so being able to share large files easily with Microsoft 365 is fantastic. It’s particularly useful when I need to send large emails, like dashcam videos, because they can be shared easily using OneDrive. The initial setup was also very easy; you just make usernames, and they can create and change their own passwords. Once they have a username, they can log in to anything they need, like email or cloud storage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?

Maybe lower the cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless MS 365 Integration and CoPilot Boost Productivity"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft 365?

What I like the most about MS 365 is how seamlessly everything works together. The integration between apps like Word, Excel, SharePoint, and OneDrive makes collaboration and file management very smooth. I also really value CoPilot, which helps speed up tasks like writing, summarising, and analysing data. Overall, it makes my daily workflow more efficient and organised. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?

What I dislike about MS 365 is that some features can feel overly complex or unintuitive, especially for new users. Navigation across different tools isn’t always consistent, and it can take time to learn where everything is. Additionally, performance can occasionally be slow, particularly when working with large files or syncing through OneDrive and SharePoint. Copilot is helpful, but it is not always perfectly accurate and sometimes requires manual corrections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless OneDrive and SharePoint Integration for Effortless Sharing"

I really like how well the applications integrate with each other, and how smoothly I can share everything when using OneDrive and SharePoint. Install on devices is simple and quick, I was using the product within minutes of install. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?

Happen to have both a personal account and business account, and when not on the work domain, I often run into issues signing into accounts, however I suspect this more to do with site policies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Collaboration and Productivity with Microsoft 365"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft 365?

What I like most about Microsoft 365 is how everything works together smoothly. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook are very reliable and easy to use for both personal and office work. Cloud storage with OneDrive makes it simple to access files from anywhere, and real-time collaboration helps a lot when working with teams. It saves time and improves productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?

The main downside is the subscription cost, which can feel expensive for individual users. Sometimes updates change the interface slightly, which takes time to adjust. Also, Microsoft 365 works best with a stable internet connection, and some advanced features are not very beginner-friendly without proper guidance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
