I find Microsoft 365 great for our office as we use it for pretty much everything. I really like OneDrive because it’s probably the most important feature for us. We store all our files centrally, and it’s distributed throughout the office, so everyone can see the files and any changes. It’s amazing that it all gets saved into the cloud, making it accessible to anyone in the office. I really appreciate being able to share files of any size via the cloud, which is very convenient. Outlook doesn’t allow sharing anything over 20 megabytes, so being able to share large files easily with Microsoft 365 is fantastic. It’s particularly useful when I need to send large emails, like dashcam videos, because they can be shared easily using OneDrive. The initial setup was also very easy; you just make usernames, and they can create and change their own passwords.
