I use Microsoft 365 for creating reports in Excel, drafting documents in Word, managing emails with Outlook, and collaborating with my team using Teams. I like that it's easy to create, modify, and delete users, assign licenses, and activate MFA. My experience has been very good; the administration platform is intuitive. Implementing user licenses has been easy. Generally, I assign a temporary password and require the user to change it upon logging in.
