Microsoft 365 provides a complete ecosystem for productivity, collaboration, identity, device management, and security in a single platform. What I appreciate most is how well services such as Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and Entra ID integrate with each other. As an IT administrator, it allows me to manage users, devices, security policies, and collaboration tools from a centralized cloud platform, which significantly reduces administration time and improves operational efficiency. While Microsoft 365 is an excellent platform overall, its biggest drawback is the complexity that comes with its broad feature set. Managing multiple admin portals, licensing options, and security configurations can sometimes be confusing, especially for smaller organizations without dedicated IT staff. Some features are also distributed across different admin centers, which can make troubleshooting more time-consuming. Additionally, licensing and premium add-ons can become costly as organizations adopt more advanced security, compliance, and AI capabilities. Despite these challenges, the benefits and functionality far outweigh the downsides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
