Personally, I use microsoft 365 for school. I find excel is great for creating graphs to explain data. Microsoft word is great for writting essays. I believe its ease of use, professional design, and widespread user base allowing easy sharing and collaboration really set it apart. I really hate the push for useless AI everywhere in Office. AI can be useful, but I am the one to saybwhen aí want to use it and where. And then there is the monthly fee. I don't like the way they manage licenses. As an administrator, I have access to the management platform, but it's very complicated for me to create a budget because each tool has a different cost; for example, Office 365 Web or the desktop applications, and also another price for Microsoft Teams.
