The most helpful feature in Microsoft 365 is the ability to generate a table of contents automatically in Word documents. It streamlines formatting for longer reports and ensures consistency. What do you dislike about Microsoft 365? Microsoft 365 continues to degrade the user experience in favor of change for the sake of change. The “New” Outlook strips away essential features businesses rely on daily. Excel’s aggressive autofill suggestions often hinder more than help, requiring constant correction. Word struggles with something as basic as copy and paste—formatting inconsistencies are routine. On top of that, the licensing and invoicing process is overly complex and frustrating to manage. They upcharge for everything, including features that should have been considered security patches or improvements to a license already purchased. They complicate their portals as much as possible causing a need for an enterprise-level IT team if anyone ever expects to sleep. They act like they're doing the world a favor but still can't even provide a sender email address (though that's what they tell you to look for before opening an email). There is just really nothing great to say about MS 365. I have to use it because of my work, and even then I try to get away from all their offerings as much as possible. I am stuck with Outlook for email, but I avoid everything else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Microsoft 365? MS Outlook is still the clunkiest, outdated, 1990s-feeling email client out there. It is literally almost the only email provider that has not realized that email needs to be in a clean easy to use interface today! I don't know why people still use it. It takes twice as long to create calendar events as Google calendar, and when you sign up for an event outside your organization, half the time I can't get it to add to my Outlook calendar and have to put it in manually instead. As for Word and Excel, if you are a power user of one of these products, then maybe you still need them. But for the other 95% of the business world, Google docs and sheets does everything you could ever need - and you don't have to try to figure out whether to save a file on your machine or in the cloud every time you create something (eye roll - why is that even still a thing?) MS Teams is an abomination in comparison to Slack, and don't even get me started on OneDrive (how could anyone make a cloud service that is so hard to use?) Office 365 is an efficient application for documents creating and for document sharing, it comes with bundle of specific features which let us create presentations and other work details. It’s a cloud based application so it gives access to our emails and other office files from anywhere and from any device. Office 365 is very useful application for our business and it let all the team collaborate together.
