Overall it feels overly complex, takes up too much screen real estate (the Ribbon), and still doesn’t work as well as some programs from eons ago, like WordPerfect. Excel, in particular, is especially difficult to learn and doesn’t feel very intuitive. **Recommendations to others considering Microsoft 365:** There are a couple great free alternatives to MS Office if you can't afford it- LIbreOffice and Apache Office.
