I've been using the Volume Licensing for over 2 years and i find it really very useful. Whenever i need a particular software to install, all i need is just navigate to the site, install the ISO and grab the key. You don't have to remember the license key, its all there. Microsoft has one of the most complete productive suites in the industry hands-down. It is still the most accessible and useful bundle of productivity apps clubbed together. There isn't really much to dislike about the volume licensing programme of Microsoft except for one thing which is that the software keys used on one system can not be repurposed to another one if you're changing your machine in the middle of the tenure and you'll add/pay for a new user if a new machine is brought which ramps cost for small set-ups.
