"Perfect partner to be productive"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft To Do?

It helps me manage my tasks. I have created multiple lists within the app to manage both my personal and professional life. Use it across my Macbook and Android and my lists are synced easily. I have kept its widget on my phone's home screen to see active tasks.

I also enjoy the ding chime that comes when a task is marked to be completed and how it is striked off the list. The sub-task feature is also great and helps me add details. Lastly, another feature is to be able to add colours and themes to distinguish my lists. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft To Do?

The open text field to add notes isn't quite user-friendly. MS team can do something better to make me use the 'Remind me' feature because there are times when I miss working on the task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple tool to manage your daily tasks"

What do you like best about Microsoft To Do?

I like the integration with Microsoft Outlook, which enables it to suggest tasks using data from your Calendar, Emails and much more. It integrates with other M365 services, such as Dynamics CRM, seamlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft To Do?

Doesn't come with a free subscription for field workers who don't need other M365 Applications. A free or very low cost license should be offered to introduce field staff to help them manage their tasks with ease that can help better collaboration with fully licensed users.
