## Microsoft To Do Reviews
 ### 1. Microsoft Office To Do is Secret for Productivity

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Junius K. | SAP Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2022

**What do you like best about Microsoft To Do?**

- My favorite feature about Microsoft TO DO is the fact that you can set automatic reminders. For example, you could write a task as 'Send an email at 1pm'. The app automatically sets a reminder for 1pm to remind you to write the email. How awesome is that? This has improved my productivity by a great deal and made using the application more fun.
- Microsoft TO Do is my ultimate productivity hack. Since I started using it, every task that I schedule on the application end up getting done.
- The feeling of checking off tasks from your to-do list is the best feeling ever as far as motivation is concerned.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft To Do?**

- The only thing I dislike about Microsoft TO Do is the fact that repeated tasks are not automatically assigned reminders. For example, If I have marked a task as a 'Daily' task with a reminder set for a specific time in the day, I would like to be reminded to do the task every day at the same time. The reminder only works once. I wish Microsoft can incorporate this feature into the app for the perfect experience.

**What problems is Microsoft To Do solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Microsoft TO DO has highly contributed to my increased performance both at work and in personal activities. I wish more people could discover and use the application.

 ### 2. Simple, Easy, Fast, Integrated, Accessible

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leslie K. | IT Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 07, 2022

**What do you like best about Microsoft To Do?**

The clean, easy-to-use interface.

How easy it is to add tasks to the mobile app. It helps me fulfill my verbal commitments by helping me remember them.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft To Do?**

It sometimes asks me to login twice in a row before I can access it. This may be a temporary problem, but it may point to an underlying issue with the dev team.

**What problems is Microsoft To Do solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. It helps me fulfill my verbal commitments by helping me remember. I can easily add new tasks from the app.
2. I can have lists to organize my tasks/projects
3. I can share my lists with others.
4. I can add tasks to "My Day" and block out all other tasks by focusing on only them.

 ### 3. Extremely Handy!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Esther R. | Operations Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2022

**What do you like best about Microsoft To Do?**

The app's simplicity and the fact that I can use it on my computer and on my phone. It immediately syncs. As well as having others watch over the same tasks.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft To Do?**

I cannot add photos. It would be great to add a picture so my partner can view it off their To-Do.

**What problems is Microsoft To Do solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me not buy any notepads, thus, saving the earth. All the papers I use and dispose of when my checklists are done are absurd. This is WAY better!

 ### 4. Best task planner application

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashwin A. | Python Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2022

**What do you like best about Microsoft To Do?**

It is a cross-platform application which means we can use it on any device, either a mobile or your workplace computer. I am using it on my mobile as well as my laptop, it helps a lot to sync all the tasks on both devices, so there is no need to change the application on different devices. Its User interface is amazing and everything is easisly accessible. I also use it to make some shopping lists. We can also add reminder to our task so you don't have to check the task's deadline again and again. It will notify you before that. It also has a widget for mobile version where you can add the task to your day directly from the home screen.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft To Do?**

As a day planner, it has all the features, it is fast and lightweight, but there's a single feature it is missing if you like to use it as a project management tool as you can not set the start date and cannot track your performance. Still, it can be solved if you write the small milestones of your projects as a task and associate a due date to it. Secondly, there's no inbuilt calendar integration, so you will have to add the date manually.

**Recommendations to others considering Microsoft To Do:**

I would recommend you to use it's sync feature as according to me it provides best syncing among multiple devices in the market.

**What problems is Microsoft To Do solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Earlier I used to use different apps for task planning on my laptop and mobile, so I could not access what I had added on my laptop's task app on my mobile. But now, with Microsoft's to-do, this process has become a lot easier. Now I can add tasks to my day while working on my laptop and can easily access it via my mobile later as its syncing is impressive. My project manager also uses it, and they assign the task on my Microsoft account, and I can view it on my to-do app.

 ### 5. Microsoft to-do for aligning tasks and day planning

Can create tasks and sub-tasks and assign it to individuals, can create multiple lists (personal and professional), can prioritise tasks and assign add it to day's schedule, get timely alert and notification, app widget facility for reminders is a plus point

**What do you dislike about Microsoft To Do?**

Doesn't have priority matrix and categorise task into 4 quadrants of the eisenhower matrix, can't visualise the quantum of tasks completed and the time for each task since they're assigned, no provision to integrate it with other apps

**What problems is Microsoft To Do solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Can get reminder alerts for day's tasks and can schedule my work accordingly

**Reviewed by:** Vithushan S. | Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2022

**What do you like best about Microsoft To Do?**

Microsoft To-Do has been one of the best and most lightweight task progress trackers. The user experience is perfect. Also, since To-Do is available on most platforms such as windows, android, and IOS it's very convenient to use as well.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft To Do?**

As a task progress tracker, Microsoft To-Do brings all the fundamental features. So nothing much to complain about it. But there is only one concern regards to the calendar sync where To-Do doesn't have any inbuilt calendar view. We have to use the Microsoft Calendar app to get the calendar view.

**Recommendations to others considering Microsoft To Do:**

I would be comfortable recommending the Microsoft To-Do for anyone who is looking for a tweak in their productivity hacking process. Even for students and employees of any industry, this will be a game-changer. To-Do helps you to stay on top of the upcoming tasks at the same time it keeps track of your productivity measures as well. So definitely it's worth considering using it.

**What problems is Microsoft To Do solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At our organization, we use Microsoft To-Do to keep track of the progress of our work daily basis. It also helps me to share and assign tasks between my team members. Since it's an easy and well-organized user interface it makes our tracking much more easier and effective.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft To Do?**

> In this app you have to add tasks in the task tab and you have to come by every day to put them in the my day tab then only it will show in the widget.
> There should be a feature that if we haven't done any task today it should automatically add up in our next day tab and we manually delete it from there if we don't wanna do it that day.
> That's the only problem I faced while using it.

**Recommendations to others considering Microsoft To Do:**

> I would recommend others to use its widget to make things easier for you to check your today's list and can mark it done as well.

**What problems is Microsoft To Do solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2022

**What do you like best about Microsoft To Do?**

I love the clean and simple way they have to divide the sections, and I appreciate how easy it is to schedule a task. "To-do" lets you do whatever you want, however you want to, yet it provides a solid guide, so you don't get overwhelmed. It is also remarkable that you can invite other people to see or even edit a list; it sets the app apart.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft To Do?**

The Group system it's not that well explained; it took me some time to get the hang of that. The icons to add a group or a list are tiny, and it would be nice if some dialogue globes could pop up with some instructions.

**Reviewed by:** Mitali K. | Editor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Microsoft To Do?**

The widget is very helpful. More than a to-do list I use it as flashcards. I can add all the things I want to remember on the spot and the widget lets me feed them to the mind regularly. Being backed up on the Microsoft Cloud, I can access and set up my list on any device without losing my important pointers.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft To Do?**

The widget is not customizable. I cannot play with the appearance. Also, the option for configuring the type of list I want to display on the widget is not working. It also keeps shifting to 'My Day' when I want to keep it at 'Important Tasks'. This problem did not exist before.

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2020

**What do you like best about Microsoft To Do?**

I like that I can be more focused on the day's activities since I always plan at night what I will do the next day with Microsoft To Do. This way, I stay organized and keep my work UP TO DATE.

I like that I can access it from anywhere and with any kind of device, I sync it and I already have all my tasks to do and even create my own reminders.

Additionally, I can customize my lists with different templates and more attractive color designs. I can add subtasks and it reminds me of what is most important.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft To Do?**

I've been using this Office application for a short time, but for now, I can't make any negative comments because I really like many of its features.

**Recommendations to others considering Microsoft To Do:**

Use it. It comes integrated in the basic version of Office Online and you can also have the full subscription through the Office 365 package. It will help you organize day by day.

**What problems is Microsoft To Do solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem I have solved has been the way to distribute the most important things of the day. Once I create all the lists as tasks, then I can move them around to organize which one is the most important; that way, when I look at them later, I realize what I have to do.

**What do you like best about Microsoft To Do?**

I like Microsoft To Do since it helps me plan out my day by writing tasks I wish to accomplish during that day. I have noticed that once I write down a task, I end up accomplishing it. Scheduling tasks is like making some sort of commitment to them. I also feel relaxed knowing that all the important tasks I need to accomplish are written somewhere making it hard for me to forget - I don't have to worry about forgetting to do important things.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft To Do?**

There s nothing I dislike about this application so far

**What do you like best about Microsoft To Do?**

- I use Microsoft To-Do to manage my personal and work tasks.
- Microsoft To-Do is awesome. It has all the features that were in Wunderlist plus more cooler features. I like how interactive it is, especially with the reminders. It has a very powerful reminder system which Wunderlist did not have.
- I have Microsoft To-Do installed on both my laptop and phone so I never have to worry not updating/marking my tasks as complete or being reminded of tasks to do.
- I also like that you can prioritize tasks within the
- I like that Microsoft To-Do is synchronized with Cortana and that you can send tasks to your to do list via cortana.

 ### 33. Limited, but in the right ways

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lucas H. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2020

**What do you like best about Microsoft To Do?**

I've tried other options: Asana, Wrike, Teamwork. The latter was my favorite of these tools. However, To-Do, while remaining significantly less powerful than all these competitors, offers two advantages that brought me over: My Day and integration with Office 365 and Planner.
- My Day was the answer to my frustration with other systems in which I could see tasks by due date, but had no easy way to prioritize work. My Day is the single genius feature of this app.
- In To-Do, I can see tasks assigned to me in Planner. We use Planner internally in the org because we already use Office 365 and it's not as hard to get buy-in for a system that's baked into our existing infrastructure. Getting everyone onto Teamwork, for instance, would be a challenge.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft To Do?**

So it is limited. Sometimes, navigating and adding new tasks requires too many clicks. MSoft is working on this and it has improved. And I am really looking forward to the deeper integration with Teams and Outlook that (I think) has been promised.

**Recommendations to others considering Microsoft To Do:**

Multi-account switching is available but it isn't possible to see tasks from multiple accounts in the same view. So just keep your personal tasks in a separate list in your business account.

**What problems is Microsoft To Do solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a task app! Like all task managers, it doesn't actually do my work. However, it gives me visibility of personal projects as well as team work. And it's baked into Office 365 and Microsoft, so it doesn't seem like a separate system.

 ### 34. The best app for not forgetting anything!

**What do you dislike about Microsoft To Do?**

I hope there were more motivational aspects to this app.. like motivating people more to do their work

**What problems is Microsoft To Do solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I check my work and study plans everyday

**What do you dislike about Microsoft To Do?**

It is not suitable for personal tasks, more for business

**What problems is Microsoft To Do solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Summarising my Flagged emails, organise my tasks based on the priorities, schedule my time to make things done

 ### 36. Review To Do

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2020

**What do you like best about Microsoft To Do?**

It is a perfect tool for scheduling and organizing tasks, days, and structures with reminders by dates.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft To Do?**

That it cannot be multi-session and you only have a single account

**What problems is Microsoft To Do solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I handle all the tasks given to me at work and don't lose a single one, because if I complete them, I can continue to consult them.

 ### 37. Task management becomes enjoyable with To Do

As it is a product of Microsoft its Outlook integration makes it very useful. We are using Outlook infrastructure in our work environment and also I use outlook for my personal email, therefore To Do integration is well thinked feature. Task management is easy and fun in To Do, its simple user interface and customizable background shows it relaxing.

**What problems is Microsoft To Do solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it for my main task management tool for both my work and my daily schedule. On seperate lists I can even put my shopping list on To Do

 ### 38. Great for keeping myself organized

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2019

**What do you like best about Microsoft To Do?**

I love how easy it is to separate tasks by category. I also appreciate that things can both be marked as important and also added to "my day." Prioritizing between all tasks is really easy that way. Although I'm the only one (I think) who uses it, it's nice that you can assign tasks to others.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft To Do?**

I wish that things that didn't get checked off in the "my day" category would automatically go to the next day.

**Recommendations to others considering Microsoft To Do:**

What's been helpful to me is looking through all of my categories on Monday and marking the things that need to get done that week as important. From the important list, I add things to "my day" each day. This really helps in making sure priority tasks get done and keeps the rest of the tasks out of view but still organized and waiting for me.

**What problems is Microsoft To Do solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I felts so disorganized because I wear so many hats with my company. I can easily keep each event, each marketing campaign, each category organized.

 ### 39. Microsoft To-Do - Improve the organisation of tasks

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2019

**What do you like best about Microsoft To Do?**

Microsoft To-Do is an application for organizing tasks. It allows you to create lists and within them any number of tasks to be performed. Each added task can be additionally described, designed for it, notifications and the date when it is to be performed. Based on this data, a built-in algorithm checks in which order we should proceed to complete the scheduled tasks to do it as efficiently as possible. The lists created in the application can be adjusted slightly from a visual point of view. You can change the color and the theme that appears in the background. The program synchronizes between platforms and offers integration with Microsoft Office office suite, including Outlook tasks.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft To Do?**

Some users may not like the fact that they need a Microsoft account.

**Recommendations to others considering Microsoft To Do:**

Microsoft To-Do is primarily an easy-to-use application in which you will find yourself every user also is available completely free of charge.

**What problems is Microsoft To Do solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Some users may not like the fact that they need a Microsoft account.

 ### 40. Microsoft To-Do - Boost project management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2019

**What do you like best about Microsoft To Do?**

Microsoft To-Do is a project management program. It allows you to create lists and perform various tasks within them. Furthermore, each added activity can be defined, planned for, with reminders and the date it is to be carried out. A built-in algorithm tests the order in which we should complete the scheduled tasks to do it as efficiently as possible based on this data. From a visual perspective, the lists created in the application can be adjusted slightly. You can change the background color and the pattern that appears. The program synchronizes platforms and offers integration with the office suite of Microsoft Office, including the tasks of Outlook.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft To Do?**

One thing I don't like to do is that sometimes it's too easy. I wish you could organize the upcoming days. It would allow something like a calendar. One thing I don't like is that when I set a due date on a project, it automatically goes into my Outlook schedule and clutters my calendar.

**Recommendations to others considering Microsoft To Do:**

Microsoft To-Do is primarily an easy-to-use application that is also available for free to all users.

**What problems is Microsoft To Do solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My basic tasks are guided by the problems I am trying to solve with To-do. The tasks consist of sending emails to people, finishing the task, etc. I use it for personal and business life, and it's a great tool because I can separate my lists.

 ### 41. To-Do Lists Made Easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2019

**What do you like best about Microsoft To Do?**

The best think about Microsoft To Do is that it can be used across devices and is has a really simple interface. On top of this if your organization uses Outlook for your mail service your to-do list syncs with Outlook and you can easily see your tasks. I am a Cortona user (at times), and it will add tasks for you. If you use Alexa, there is even a Cortona add in which makes things ever easier. To-do has a My Day feature that lets you set up tasks for the current day. I find this helpful because most to-do applications cluster themselves by adding your tasks, but with Microsoft To-do you can create separate lists specifically for today's tasks.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft To Do?**

One thing I dislike about To-do is that it is too simplistic at times. I wish you could set up days to come. Something like a calendar would allow. Another thing I dislike is when I put a due date on a task it will automatically go into my Outlook calendar and it clusters my calendar up.

**Recommendations to others considering Microsoft To Do:**

If you're using To-do make sure its the only task list application you use. It can get confusing using multiple. Also, make sure you have the app on your phone and all computers you use.

**What problems is Microsoft To Do solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems I am trying to solve with To-do is management of my simple tasks. Tasks consist of people to email, homework to finish, etc. I use it for both personal and business life and it is a great tool because I can separate my lists.

 ### 42. Truly decluttering life experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Architecture & Planning | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2019

**What do you like best about Microsoft To Do?**

The my day interface makes deciding what I’m going to do each day a lot less stressful than other apps. I don’t have to look at what I don’t need to!

**What do you dislike about Microsoft To Do?**

There could be some further organization capability within the overall “tasks” bucket, which is sort of the holding place for anything you add to my day that doesn’t get accomplished. Sometimes that list can become overwhelming.

**What problems is Microsoft To Do solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find the nagging tasks that tended to stick around on my to do list for longer before To-Do are much easier and manageable because I’m not wrought with stress that I haven’t accomplished enough yet.

 ### 43. Good for Project Tracking and Task Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon B. | Information Technology & Security Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2019

**What do you like best about Microsoft To Do?**

I like that it integrates with my Office 365 environment and is easy to share. I was able to transfer all my Wunderlist tasks with ease.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft To Do?**

Not customizable, but Microsoft is working on it. It is replacing Wunderlist.

**What problems is Microsoft To Do solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solves my task management and project lists. It helps me prioritize things.

 ### 44. Microsoft To-Do | Simple application

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 06, 2019

**What do you like best about Microsoft To Do?**

Microsoft To-Do is a simple and so-called intelligent application for planning tasks, and available for mobile devices with Android, iOS for desktop computers with Windows and on the Internet on the website. After the first start, you can get the impression that the program offers as much as nothing, but after a dozen or so minutes spent with it, the authors are already praising it for its fine-tuning and thoughtful performance.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft To Do?**

You are required to have a Microsoft account.

**Recommendations to others considering Microsoft To Do:**

If you are a person who has a problem with the organization of tasks, then you should consider using Microsoft To-Do, the more that the service is available for free.

**What problems is Microsoft To Do solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thanks to Microsoft To-Do, I can organize private and business tasks, so I do not forget about the most important things.

 ### 45. User friendly, straightforward task list solution

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 12, 2019

**What do you like best about Microsoft To Do?**

It's an easy system to learn and implement, and it integrates nicely with Outlook, allowing users to sync their Outlook task lists. The algorithim learns which tasks appear to be most important in a given day, and recommends them. The interface is clean and attractive.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft To Do?**

I do wish I had the ability to share individual tasks as opposed to whole lists.

**Recommendations to others considering Microsoft To Do:**

This is a simple but effective organizational tool that would be useful for just about anyone who operates on a to-do list system.

**What problems is Microsoft To Do solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Apart from the obvious ability to manage (and prioritize) my own projects, I love having the ability to delegate tasks to team members from a master task list. This is a helpful tool for keeping me- and my team- on track.

 ### 46. More than To-Do

**Reviewed by:** Mert T. | TA, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2019

**What do you like best about Microsoft To Do?**

You can use folders, then inside the folders you can make list, then inside the list you have tasks and finally inside the task you have steps.. Thats what I was looking for..

**What do you dislike about Microsoft To Do?**

Due date for steps would be good..
My day should be better..

**What problems is Microsoft To Do solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing my all tasks. Sharing and assigning with my team members..

 ### 47. Does everything I need

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jes T. | Freelance Creative Producer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2019

**What do you like best about Microsoft To Do?**

List groups work great. Easy swipe gestures to move or delete tasks.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft To Do?**

Logging in via Hotmail is a downside. Still can't figure out Alexa controls.

**Recommendations to others considering Microsoft To Do:**

Go go for it! The best personal to-do list manager out there.

**What problems is Microsoft To Do solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy syncing across devices.

 ### 48. Decent way to track

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Broadcast Media | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2019

**What do you like best about Microsoft To Do?**

They make it very easy for someone with a ton of things that need to be done to organize everything in one place.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft To Do?**

There isn't a version for IOS ipad widget which I would use constantly.

**What problems is Microsoft To Do solving and how is that benefiting you?**

You can view work, life, and extras all in one list or separate. It really helps me keep my day to day duties in check.

 ### 49. A good enough To-Do-tool, integrating well with other Microsoft-products

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2019

**What do you like best about Microsoft To Do?**

Microsoft To-Do is easy to use and has the most obvious functionality for a To-Do-app.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft To Do?**

Coming from the work done on Wunderlist, it is surprising that it has less functionality

**What problems is Microsoft To Do solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simple To-Do-list functionality with daily reminders being possible to active

 ### 50. Microsoft To-Do is light in features but easy to use

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Games | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2017

**What do you like best about Microsoft To Do?**

Super easy to get started. Not at all convoluted in terms of on-boarding. If you want something quick and easy for keeping track of your daily "to do list", then consider To-do by Microsoft. It syncs with Outlooks, so if you use this for email / calendar, that's a win too.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft To Do?**

It seriously lacks features like some of the competitors. You can't have recurring items, (example, don't forget on Mondays to bring in bagels for the team). Also you can't set up sub-tasks. Example, if you want to pick up groceries and you need to go to 4 stores to finish the task...no can do. You'll have to set up each store visit as an individual task.

**Recommendations to others considering Microsoft To Do:**

Looking for something stupid simple...pick To-Do. If you have complex needs, keep looking.

**What problems is Microsoft To Do solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None- I tried it and switched back to Evernote. I need to schedule recurring to do items. Without this, it wasn't useful.... unless of course I want to set up a "to do" item to schedule recurring items each week. Seems wasteful to me.
