The Integration and Workflow is the best part.
Seamless Microsoft 365 Integration: It's fantastic how it lives right inside Teams and Outlook. Scheduling, sending invitations, and accessing attendee data are all super-efficient because it's part of the familiar Microsoft ecosystem. No need to learn new software.
Professional Setup without the Hassle: We can quickly create a branded registration page and manage roles easily. It makes us look professional to external attendees without any complicated setup.
Structured Engagement: The dedicated Q&A and Polls are perfect for managing a large audience. It keeps the event focused and ensures presenter interruptions are minimal, leading to a much smoother, more professional presentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Limited Customization & Branding: The biggest frustration is the basic branding of the registration pages and emails. It looks like a standard Microsoft form, and we really can't customize it enough to match our high-end marketing campaigns.
Performance Issues (It can feel "Heavy"): Because it's a feature within the main Teams app, it sometimes feels sluggish or heavy, especially when we have many attendees or if someone's internet connection isn't perfect.
Basic Analytics: The post-webinar reports give us the essential attendance data, but they lack the deep engagement metrics and lead-scoring detail that specialized webinar tools offer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
