"Efficient for Large Gatherings, Familiar Interface"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams Webinars?

I appreciate that Microsoft Teams Webinars allows everyone to be in the same meeting and receive the same information, saving time by having one meeting for all instead of multiple. It's easy to use and works with most computers. Most employers have it, so it's familiar. The recording feature is really nice for sending out the meeting information afterwards or for those who couldn't attend. It's widely used and easily accessible for companies. What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams Webinars?

I do prefer the Zoom interface and options. Zoom just seems easier to use, especially if employees are joining from a non-work computer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the easy use and seamless integration with other Microsoft tools, which makes hosting and attending webinars very convenient. It offers reliable audio and video quality and provides useful features like screen sharing, chat, and recording. This helps create a professional environment for meetings and presentations while keeping everything organized in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams Webinars?

Sometimes Microsoft Teams Webinars can feel slightly complex for first-time users, especially when setting up events or managing advanced features. There can also be occasional lag or connection experiences. Additionally, more customization options for attendee interactions and better control over engagement features would make it even more effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Microsoft Teams Webinars: Stable Audio and Seamless PowerPoint Presenting"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams Webinars?

Microsoft Teams Webinars has the benefit of being widely accepted by every client I've encountered so we always know that if we're setting up a meeting our clients will be familiar with Teams and comfortable using it. It is much more stable than any other platform I've used, particularly with regard to audio working consistently (it always detects the right inputs and outputs from my device and my coworkers' devices). And since most of our clients prefer presentations in Powerpoint, the direct integration to be able to share a .pptx in presentation mode directly as opposed to just a screenshare is also really nice because it preserves visibility of other participants' video and messaging so it facilitates better conversation while presenting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams Webinars?

While audio is very good and video is more stable than other platforms, Teams does seem to be a little more prone to video freezing or buffering (even while the audio connection stays stable) than other platforms. And the interface for switching which screen or document you're sharing can be a little cluttered which can slow down making sure you share the right thing. Those are very minor annoyances overall, though and they don't bother me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Communication, Quick Solutions"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams Webinars?

I really like Microsoft Teams Webinars because it's easy to use and no instructions are necessary. Even if you've never used Teams before, it's pretty self-explanatory. The ease of use is valuable for making quick, solid decisions based on responses from team members. I also appreciate being able to quickly check if an employee is available to chat or take a call, which is essential for our aviation staffing company. The initial setup was simple because the IT team had everything in place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams Webinars?

I really liked the phone feature used at my previous employer where we actually received and placed calls. We have other software that we use instead, but I believe that this feature would be beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless, Professional Webinars with Seamless Microsoft 365 Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams Webinars?

Microsoft Teams Webinars is great because it makes hosting large online events easy, with built-in registration pages, attendee tracking, and strong presenter controls. It offers interactive features like polls, Q&A, and live captions, and integrates smoothly with Microsoft 365 tools. Overall, it delivers a professional, organized webinar experience with minimal setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams Webinars?

1. Limited customization of the registration page and branding.

2. Requires participants to sign in or download the Teams app in some cases, which can confuse external attendees.

3. Reporting is basic — detailed analytics are limited.

4. The interface can feel complex for first-time hosts due to many overlapping meeting/webinar settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Solution for Effortless Online Meetings and Webinars"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams Webinars?

I've been getting into Power Automate this year and I just started playing around with sending myself notifications via adaptive cards in Teams. I can summarize what I like about Teams in one word: integration. If you work at a medium to large enterprise like I do, Microsoft 365 is just a fact of life. But the amount of stuff you can access from Teams is staggering. Still takes a ton of man-hours to truly leverage though. AI hasn't made a dent in that yet.

Well, being that my company configured ours so it actually integrates and works well with other apps, file sharing and whatnot, basically the fact that I only need to use Teams, an internet browser and our Service Ticketing platform to basically do my entire job. No more Outlook, no more local storage issues…I just can fully collaborate efficiently and with much less need to open multiple applications, files, etc to do so. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams Webinars?

Everything about the app, however, is awful. It regularly crashes on my desktop, the handoff between PC and mobile app doesn't work, it sometimes just forgets my background or blurring and shows my messy room, and probably most infuriatingly it doesn't sync chats on my Samsung phone or tablet properly without being force quit and watered eat time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
