The storage and ability to update files in real-time is exceptional. It's great to be able to see when messages have been read. The scheduling tool and integration with your Outlook calendar makes coordinating meeting times easy. The GIFs section adds a little zest and humor to work, too, which can be refreshing. The video/audio functionality can be spotty. I've used it in many different settings (office, home, hotel, coffee shop, etc.) and I've had issues pretty consistently, so just be prepared for that. If someone is outside your organization and invites you to an event, you have to manually switch organizations which can be frustrating if you need to simultaneously access files/documents on your organization's Teams. Some of the functionalities on file storage within Channels leave a bit to be desired with abilities to update the files. Editing Excel and Word docs in Teams is a pain: they should just automatically open in the desktop Office apps. I will say that overall, it's a decent piece of software. We were using zoom but then shifted to Microsoft Teams because it is more secure and easy to manage capacities. There are less chances of raiding and bombing so classes functions smoothly. Great UI. Calendar feature for daily class notification and managing classes. Integrated with different apps and recording feature and the recording goes directly to their stream app from where we can watch or download the recording in future. White board is also available. The only think that I dislike about this app is that there is no feature of preserving logs. Like if a all the participants of a team are presenters then all of them have the rights to kick or mute someone. Sometimes this becomes are major issue during classes and there is no way to find out who so ever did that. So, I think they should include this feature to more enhance their security. You can share files too. Managing assignments and taking quizzes and surveys is also easy with this app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Microsoft Teams Room try their best to give similar experience as physical team meeting room.

it has meeting gallery where the user can enlarge the screen and focus on one particular team member.

The best part of room is that, It delivers high audio and video quality with high security and maintenance . it also provide white boarding facility that helps in discussion.

Although The room is trying their best to provide all the meeting room facility but has certain issues also , like the file is not organized in a way that it could help the users in an efficient way . It also has issues while giving permissions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the ability to make calls, chat and share content among users of Teams. We have been using it on a daily basis for meetings and collaboration and have found it to work great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One thing I dislike about Teams is connection issues. Sometimes my video lags. I don’t think it is my connection, but with everyone home at once and all on the network that may be possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Wo, everything. It feels so fresh. Such a fluent software. You go to Microsoft teams rooms and it feels like you are literally in meeting room. Zoom feels vague. They need to update there UI/UX. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
