Difficult to set up without an IT staff. Call quality isn't as good as Zoom. MS Teams is less stable than other options. We have a higher incidence of system issues than expected. I like Microsoft Teams Room because it is incredibly versatile and easy to use. I manage a hybrid team of folks in office and remote and utilizing Teams and Room makes it a seamless experience. I don't have to make multiple meetings or invites, I can simply create breakout rooms and invite select people to which ever room is needed and have a provate meeting that way. I can divide people up into teams and assign them to a room and even add a timer which will then automatically bring everyone back to the main meeting when completed. There are so many ways to utilize Teams Rooms. It was incredibly easy to implement into our every processes and ever since adding this feature we use it frequently, if not every meeting. And because it is so easy to use, it had made the integration so simple. There are easy to follow tutorials both written and in video for team members to review at their own leisure or need. I have not had a need to contact customer support as it as been straightforward and no issues, we also do have our own IT team. Since we utilize Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook, I do wish Microsoft Teams and Rooms would offer group calendars. That would allow us to really only use Outlook for emailing only. I also dislike that when sharing something the team is collaborating on such as an excel sheet or word doc, we cannot share the document into teams directly and have to send it via email.
