What do you like best about Microsoft Teams Room?

I enjoy being able to not only use video conferencing, but also to chat individually or in a group, or multiple groups and/or teans. There is also a mobile application for 'on the go' meetings and chats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams Room?

At times, my video is dark/light even with normal settings. I would use the pre-populated backgrounds, but that always seemed to give me resolution issues, therefore, I no longer use those backgrounds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Microsoft Teams Room:

A seamless place to chat, create groups or teams to either chat, video or send files to as well as collaborate. Also a great place to make calls to co-workers when Skype or phone is not available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Teams Room solving and how is that benefiting you?

In our company, not everyone has Skype (due to having a Mac) and therefore, using Teams is a great way to be able to chat with one another, or send information to, so there is not an abundance of email transfers as not everyone checks their email often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

New window opens with each new participant in group chat.
