Non Annoying but simple setup to get relevant notifications and if well connected and configured using connectors and tabs, easy to get all updates at one place when in need. One ultimate option is missing by which a beautiful GUI can be integrated to the organisation's website for customers of that business to reach out the seller and so the business can handle all incoming customer enquiries with the relevant team available at that particular time. I am currently on the ""beta"" stage of my customer support chat bot ( On my website at https://www.optanesystems.com ) which is inbuilt in teams as a connector called webchat. As that connector has a pre built integration code, it is very easy to integrate for anybody. So many other connectors are connected to my teams ( Yammer RSS etc ) and as all are providing various notification settings through various channels, all notifications reach me "on time" on any of my devices. I like that I can have a Teams tab open in my internet browser and switch back and forth from working within teams and using the instant messaging function to converse with colleagues. I like that I receive a subtle sound reminder and see a red dot notification in the tab when a new message comes in. Teams is also linked to my OneDrive account, so I can easily find, share, attach files in messages, as well as tagging people using the "@" sign so they receive a notification as well. I suppose one feature I don't like is that if I don't have Teams open in my browser or through the application, I don't see any missed message alerts show up in my email inbox until several minutes have passed, so I'm not able to respond in a timely fashion if I don't have it open. Recommendations to others considering Microsoft Teams Notifications: Using Microsoft Teams Notifications helps me work productively and stay in touch with my colleagues in real time. It's an easy to use interface and I prefer using it over opening a separate application for instant messaging, like Skype for Business or as an alternative to email which lends to receiving needed information much more slowly. Teams is also nice to have on your phone as an app so you can be on the go and still receive notifications and respond right away with attachments or other comments. Instant messaging, quick answers to questions or concerns, can insert memes, GIFs, emojis and more. Program can be implemented with other applications, specifically with one that I use daily, which is Smartsheet.
