What do you like best about Microsoft Sway?

Microsoft Sway is a cloud-based application for storytelling and presentations. What problems is Microsoft Sway solving and how is that benefiting you?

Microsoft Sway helps my team create presentations, share them, and collaborate on Sway creations by sharing a Sway link with sufficient editing and co-authoring permission. Sway has some noticeable limitations when it comes to design and layout aspects, as the accessibility of the system (or rather the few elements which lack the sophistication of competitor platforms) necessitates a reduction in functionality in some areas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Sway solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Microsoft Sway in conjunction with Forms to create self-service training modules which includes a structured assessment at the conclusion of the material. What do you like best about Microsoft Sway?

When I first heard about Sway, I was confused as it was not one of the more common Microsoft products as compared to Outlook, Excel, Word etc.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Sway?

I would say once we change email addresses, there is no way to gain back access to our old sways as there is no deleted account in this scenario. Hence we would need to create a new sway. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Microsoft Sway?

What I like the most about Microsoft Sway is the quality of the designs and the breadth of features. I mostly use Microsoft Sway for Presentations to clients, Documents, and some Reports. I also love how easy it is to customize all the designs and how easy it is to design, and change layout, themes, etc. It's also an advantage point that Sway is part of the Microsoft Package, making it easy to access and to share. What do you dislike about Microsoft Sway?

There is nothing I dislike about Microsoft Swat, it is my preferred Presentation Platform and it does exactly what I need from a design and presentation platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Sway solving and how is that benefiting you?

Since I'm in Sales, I do a lot of presentations to prospects/clients and also to management. Microsoft Sway is a great tool for me to design, customize and present either the products and services to the clients on almost all the Discovery Calls and other follow-up meetings. We also have to present weekly reports to management, and Sway is my preferred tool to use for this also because I love the Presentation Transitions compared to other presentation platforms/tools. What do you like best about Microsoft Sway?

Sway- is a great software! It is very user-friendly and has a lot of useful features. It is easy to navigate and customize to your personal preferences. The Storyline section is very helpful while creating the presentations. It has a large library of templates, images, and other assets to help users design quickly and easily. Where Sway can be used to create interactive presentations, on the other hand, we can't use it for detailed customization. It also requires an internet connection and cant be used offline. It has file size limits for different types of files we use insert. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
