Generally Stream is used for video hosting and training purposes. It is used for internal content of the organisation for videos. Transcripts generated makes the video to understand better. Microsoft Stream immediately allows you to upload videos, document and categorize them, and share them with your team members in the enterprise. Creating group access and managing video channels is a little tedious. You may have to work with your IT to ensure you have the required authorizations. I also like the option to create channels connected to your team to be used across your SharePoint. Its integration with Microsoft Teams Meetings is useful. The interface can feel a bit outdated and dull. The editing options are not so good, so I find myself editing videos outside too often. So having them in a common place and interacting with them has proven to be very useful. Recording and archiving meetings is one of those problems that we solve with Stream.
