Because we are a Microsoft O365-based company, product and training content are secure. There is no need for company team members to use a password since it works with Azure Active Directory. Videos can be divided into public and private channels and can be limited to specific teams. In addition, you can create quizzes around the video content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Microsoft Stream? - It takes a long time for the videos to upload - You cannot change the order of the videos in a channel by dragging and dropping them. You can only order by publish date, relevance, name, etc. It's super annoying if you're uploading content out of order. - There aren't rich analytics. As an admin, you can see video views and upvotes, but you can't see where people stop watching in the middle of a video or the average view time. As we use Stream for employee training content, we also can't see who watched which video. - There are almost no automations with Microsoft Stream with Power Automate or even Zapier. For instance, after a video is published, I would like to notify the company in Slack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Microsoft Stream: Our IT Director made us move the content from Vimeo to MS Stream. This was not my first choice at all.
