It provides good ui and is easy to get started. With ssis we can query create logics and export the result into csv for data analysis and even this is good for on prem sql servers for data migrations. **What do you dislike about Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services to Alation?** Many things need to do manually it's really hard to create any automations there. I remember in one scenario where we need to export 100's of table as csv so need to do that one by one, was unable to create any automations to do it at one shot. **Recommendations to others considering Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services to Alation:** Before all this cloud data migration tool people used to work on ssis for data migration data analysis and SQL query. If you working on sql server you must try this out it's really provides small features which are really helpful at the same time impactful. **What problems is Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services to Alation solving and how is that benefiting you?** Firstly for this no extra learning required if you know sql and have worked on any of its tool before you're good to go.
